Begtharin Vol. One

Chaper 1: The Case

     The year was 2018. It was a pretty slow day at the police station, a 41 year old man named Paul had brought his son to work with him. He thought it would be more exiting, but absolutely nothing was happing that day. Liam was his son's name, Liam was about 5'7, long, brownish blonde hair. He was wearing ripped blue jeans, a black hoodie, two red shoes, and a blue scarf. Liam was 14, a very shy and brave boy. Liam had gone with his dad to the police station where his dad worked. He thought there would be alot more happening just like his dad, but obviously that was not the case in this situation. Thats when Liam decided to go in the filing cabinet where all the unsolved cases were.

"Hey dad, so these cases were never solved?" Liam said.

"No son, they weren't. Not even the highest authorities could solve them." Paul said.

"Then I will!" Liam said.

     Liam was going to find an unsolved case and solve it. He was determined.

"Haha, ok then son" Paul said.

     Liam was going through the old files and seen something that had happen in the past year, and was still happening. The disappearance of 7 teenagers around the downtown area. Witnesses say they couldn't describe what happen into words. Liam knew this was the one, he would solve it no matter what it took. Liam had always wanted to be an officer like his dad, this was his chance to prove he could do it.

"Hey dad, im going out to ride my skate board around the block." Liam said.

"Ok son, but only around the block, and be careful!" Paul said.

     Liam knew he was on a dangerous mission and would be gone for days, and maybe even weeks. So he went to the back of the station where they had all the weapons stored. He grabbed a small pistol and put it inside of his bookbag. He also grabbed a short sword, kinda like a kitana. He got on his skate board and started going down town. The police station was only about five blocks away from the center of downtown. This where Liam's journey began.
