"Alright, this is it." Sophia said, rolling Elena and Amelia their luggage.

The group of ten stood in a circle in the middle of the airport. This was the moment everybody had been dreading. Elena, Amelia and Nick were all heading back to New York. They were happy that the flight was way later than they thought, but sad that they even had a flight at all. They wished they could spend more time together.

"10:00 flight to New York is now boarding!" An announcer said through the intercom, telling the kids they didn't have much time left.

One by one, they went through the circle, saying their goodbyes. Elena started with Sophia.

"I'm gonna miss you so much, mom." Elena laughed, embracing the girl. Sophia was now one of her closest friends, right behind Amelia, of course.

After a few moments of tears, they pulled away and Elena moved on to Finn. Out of all the boys she met, Finn was probably the one she grew closest to, besides Jack. She wrapped her arms around his shoulders, burying her face into his neck. She soaked up his shirt with her tears, but Finn didn't seem
to mind.

Soon enough, she pulled away and moved on to the others. These were just brief hugs and goodbyes, as she wasn't as close with the rest of them.

Then, it came to him. The only one that truly mattered to her. Her favorite hello. Her hardest goodbye.

She slammed into his chest, sobbing into his shoulder. She thought that she drenched Finn's shirt, but the amount of water left on Jack's shirt was way worse.

They stayed in this position for a few minutes. Just holding each other. None of them wanted this moment to end.

But, unfortunately, it did. Another announcement came on that the plane would be leaving in less than five minutes, making Elena and Jack pull away from their hug. They were dreading this.

Jack looked Elena in the eyes, his heart shattering as he saw the pain that laid beyond them. Neither of them wanted to leave the other. None of them did.

He rested his hand on her face, using his thumb to wipe away tears that sat on her cheek. Amelia and Nick fiddled around, frustrated at how long the couple was taking to say a simple goodbye.

"C'mon, Elena. We're gonna miss our flight." Nick said, clearly annoyed.

Elena turned back to Jack, taking a deep breath. She leaned in and kissed his lips. This was now their third shared kiss, but was just as magical as the first.

"I'll call you?" She said as she pulled away. Jack nodded in response.

"Bye," She said as she rolled her luggage towards the plane, following slightly behind Nick and Amelia.

She boarded the plane, and after putting her luggage at the top, she found her seat, which was a window seat next to Amelia.

She turned her phone on, getting ready to turn it on airplane mode, and smiled to herself at the notification that popped onto the screen.

She clicked her phone off and turned to the window. She stared at the clouds, noting which ones looked like certain shapes.

Her mind wandered. All she could think about was Jack, and how different her life was from how it was a week ago. Her whole world had changed, and it was all because she met a famous boy online and asked him to hit her up.
