Chapter One

Jade's POV

"JADE!!" I hear my best friend Leigh Anne scream in my ear. I bolt out of bed! "What the hell Leigh Anne!?" I holler at her. "Get your ass up it's the first day of school and we're already late." She says pulling me out of bed. She drags me to my closet and picks a crop top and some high waisted jeans for me.

I get dressed and go downstairs to where Leigh's making some quick breakfast. "How did you even get into my house?" I ask walking into the kitchen. "I think you forgot you gave me a key whenever you moved here" she laughs. I roll my eyes and sit at the island. "I thought you said we were late, why are you making breakfast?" I ask her. "Oh well we actually have time, but I knew we'd be late if you didn't wake up" she tells me. "You have a car, you could've went on your own," I say "yeah I know, but you also have a car and I want to ride with you" I roll my eyes at the girl again.

After we eat I grab some of my things. I quickly make myself look presentable and walk out to the car. "Leigh! Get your ass out here or I'm leaving you!" I yell at her. "Hold on!" She runs out with her bag in hand. She gets in and we buckle up, here goes nothing.

Once we arrive I take a minute to mentally prepare myself for these idiots. Leigh walks in and I follow a few minutes later. I see her in the cafeteria and walk over to her and our other friends. "Jade!!" Ariana attacks me in a hug. I laugh and hug her back. "Hey Jade!" Niall says hugging me. Selena doing the same. Leigh, Ariana, Selena, Niall, and Liam; they are my social circle. I wouldn't say I'm popular, but I'm known. I talk to many people, but those five are my closest friends.

"Who do you guys have first?" I ask the four of them, Liam seems to be late, hope he's alright. "I've got maths with Miss. Nelson" Niall says, "AHH me too!" Leigh and Selena say at the same time. "I've got English with Miss. Edwards." Ariana says. "So do I. I've never heard of her before, she must be new" I say. "Ohh Jade, she's probably nice and young. You should go after her!" Leigh teases. It's no secret I'm into girls. "Leigh she's a teacher for Christ sakes!" I say throwing my hands in the air. They laugh at me but we turn to our late member who just arrived.

"Hey guys, sorry I took so long I woke up late" Liam tells us. I ask who he has first and he says he's got Mr. Styles for history. Well there's that. The first bell ring and I drag Ariana with me to find Miss. Edwards room. "Jade! Slow down we've got plenty of time." Ariana says. I simply ignore her and continue dragging her along. I don't know why but I'm excited to see who this mystery teacher is.

We found the room and Holy Mother of Jesus! That can not be our teacher! I look over at the teachers desk and see a young blonde sitting in the chair on her laptop. I refuse to believe that's the teacher, because.. wow! She's breathtaking! I quickly regain myself when I hear Arian giggle at my stage of amazement. "Shut up!" I say shoving her.

We find some seats in the back. Now I'm not one that pays much attention, I don't need to it's stupid anyways. Somehow though I always manage to pass, it's not hard really. English is my least favorite subject, I don't like having to write practically three essays a week. That's what normally happens anyway. Of course I don't do it, but just the thought.

Finally the second bell rang and everyone is seated. The gorgeous blonde quickly stood up and walked to the front of the class. She wrote something on the board, it was her email address. She turns around and takes a look at the students. She clasps her hands together and she looks at me! I never felt more intimidated! She smiles and I felt my heart melt.

"Okay class! My names Perrie Edwards, but of course as I'm sure you know, you will be calling my Miss. Edwards." She laughs and her eyes catch mine again before continuing. "Alright so, this is English class. We will be doing a lot of reading and discussions about the novels we read. Just so you know what you can expect." She says beginning to walk over to her desk. "So let's introduce ourselves shall we?" She points to someone in the front and grabs a clipboard, probably taking attendance. "My names Lauren Jauregui" the girl says. This goes on and on. I take out my phone texting some friends from Track.
