I sit in front of my cheval mirror doing my eyeliner an mascara. The light sound of ocean waves flotes thru the open window of my room. There's a knock at my door.
"Hey, Song are you done yet," My brother, Ax, questions.
"Ya, I'll be out in a second," I finish putting my makeup on and stand up. I am about to open my door when my best friend runs in.
"Hey yo sup," she says and wraps an arm around my shoulders and squeezed me tightly. She has to sorta bend to do it though.
"Hey Star, I smiled at her. I throw on my black hoodie, and we leave my room. Star hands me a waffle.
"It's our last day of seventh grade," she squeaks, " Can you believe it." She brushes off her skirt and starts out the door to Ax's car.
We go to a private school in California. It's kinda small, but it provides a great education from sixth thru twelfth.
"Hey Ax, me and song will be walking home today," Star said with a slite smile. She saw my confused face and her smile turned into her deviant grin. I scooted towards the door. Whenever she makes that face, something bad happens. "Don't worry Song, it'll be fine," she tried ushering me.
"As long as we don't die, get arrested, or cause a scene," I reluctantly agreed. The past two times she had that face, we got banned from a garden store and a spa. Those are both interesting tales. The story for getting kicked out of the garden store goes like this, we were walking around one day, and Star had the grand idea to go to the garden store and ask all the employees if the store sold an expensive pair of diamond stilettos that she found online the other day. We aren't allowed there for the next three years. The reason we got kicked out of the spa is, Star went in there and started yelling random words in German, and I was muttering words in Arabic, that I had learned in google translate, to make it sound like I was cursing the place. We were also wearing full-face masks and all black clothing. It was honestly hilarious.
