A WISH
I close my eyes
The stars fall from the sky
Fingers cross
Moment pause
It is a wish from my heart
A wish to never be apart
Apart from you
I hope you knew
A wish that I have longed
Waiting for it to come true
I blew a dandelion
Seems like it's my only option
An option for a wish to be true
To make me happy and new
New me, is my wish
A wish that I have cherished
