Sixth Member One Shot Hurtfic

Rollerskating Accident

This is my first hurtfic, based on a true story. Hope you enjoy!

It was January fourth, Rebecka's twenty second birthday. She and the band decided that they wanted to go roller skating, so that's what they did.

They wore a disguise, obviously, so they wouldn't be mobbed. Their disguise consisted of dark black sunglasses, each other's hoodies that the owner hardly ever wore out in public, and shoes they rarely ever wore.

"Are we ready?" Niall asked. "Becky, are you?"

"Just a sec," Becky said as she was pulling on her converse. "Okay, now I am."

The band plus Maddie went out to the mini van, and Louis started the van. Becky was in the front seat, Harry and Maddie were in the middle, and Liam and Niall were in the back of the van.

"Lou, turn the radio on!" Niall called from the back.

Louis reached for the knob and turned the radio on. The song was the band's newest single, Drag Me Down, and it was just barely being announced.

"Sing it!" Liam shouted.

"I've got a fire for my heart, I'm not scared of the dark, you never make it look so easy," Harry sang. "I've got a river for a soul, and baby, you're a boat. . ."

"We're here!" Louis sing-songed.

The band plus Maddie piled out of the minivan. They all went inside to pay for admission and skating rental.

"Your total is $19.35, have a fun night!" The receptionist said as Louis payed for everybody.

"Thankfully it was only three dollars a person, plus tax," Louis said as he got his hand stamped.

After the band all payed, they walked into the rink, but didn't get on just quite yet. They made a left turn to get their skates.

"Can we see your stamps?" A blonde female running the booth asked.

The band held out their hand, revealing a blue stamp, and then she asked for their size of skates. After everybody got them on and laced them up, they headed for the rink.

They stepped one foot on the rink and started gliding across the floor, trying to hear over the loud music.

"Let's request one of our songs!" Niall shouted over the music.

"What?" Becky shouted back. "I can't here you!"

"I said let's request one of our songs!" Niall shouted again.

"Oh!" Becky said loudly. "Sure, go ahead."

Niall skated up to the information booth.

"Can I help you?" The man asked.

"Yeah, actually," Niall said. "Can you play Little White Lies?"

"Who's it by?" The man asked.

Niall almost chuckled at the statement. "One Direction."

"Okay," the man said. He started typing at the keyboard and clicked around. "Okay, it's added to our queue. Have a nice night!"

"Thanks, you too," Niall said before skating off into the crowd, finding the band.

"What song did you do?" Louis asked.

"Little White Lies," Niall replied.

Harry, Louis, and Liam flashed a grin.

"That song is one of the best upbeat songs on that album!" Louis exclaimed, almost like he was fangirling.
