As he looked out the plane window, he can see the state of New Jersey. Samuel took out his phone and scanned through his pictures until he found one of him and Lily. It brought a smile to his face and heart. His thumb swiped to the left making the pictures slide. He had many of Lily. She was smiling in all of them. With his forefinger, he traced her face. He missed her terribly. Should he had brung her? No. He did the right thing by keeping her in the dark of her past. For now. Samuel closed his phone and quickly took out a file of a woman named Kathy. She was married with two children of her own. She had to have been there the night Lily's parents were murdered by his father. Samuel hoped that Kathy would give him the answers that he needs without him having to be hostile. He placed the picture back in the file as he heard the captain of the plane announce that they were about to land and must fasten their seatbelts. Once the plane landed, Samuel quickly exited and found his suitcase. He pulled out his ticket for a car rental he already had placed and quickly threw his suitcase in the trunk and drove off to the hotel. Once in his room, he quickly showered and changed into jeans and a black T-shirt with black high top sneakers. "Let me send Lily a text to let her know that I arrived and that everything is ok." He pulled out his phone and texted her.
