As Pinkie Pie jumped down the street of Ponyville, she stopped to see Applejack with Spike walking together. "Hey AJ! Hey Spike! How are ya doing?" Pinkie Pie asked the new couple happily. Applejack and Spike both turned around to face the bubbly pink pony for a conversation. "We are both doin' fine Pinkie. So, why'd ya stop us?" Applejack asked happily. "I just wanted to talk to you two! It's been ages and I was wondering how the new couple are doing" Pinkie Pie giggled. "Like AJ said Pinkie, we are doing fine" Spike rolled his eyes playfully. "I know, I was just wondering if you guys have heard any interesting news, gossip or rumours going around" Pinkie asked, smiling happily.
Pinkie stopped smiling as Spike's and Applejack's faces both turned into shock. "What's wrong?" Pinkie asked. " TWILIGHT! Y'all are really back!" Applejack screamed into the air joyfully, loud enough for everypony around her to hear. "Twilight!" Spike gasped as he ran to Twilight and Sombra. "Hey Spike!" Twilight smiled happily, hugging the not-so-small dragon. "How tall have you gotten?" Twilight chuckled. "Well, you have been gone for a couple of months Twilight" Spike explained. 'Just play it cool Sombra. Hopefully her friends will be understanding about our relationship' Sombra thought to himself. "Twilight darling! I can't believe that monster has let you see us!" Rarity smiled at Twilight. "He isn't a monster!" Twilight growled. Everypony around her shuddered at Twilight's sudden outburst. "Why do you Twilight, of all ponies, care about a villain like Sombra?" Rainbow Dash asked. "Because we are dating. I love him" Twilight responded. "WHAAAT?! But, Twi, y'all deserve better" Applejack quickly said out of shock and frustration. "Look, I'm happy to see you all again, but if you can't accept my feelings for Sombra, then I don't know why I came here in the first place" Twilight responded as politely as possible. 'Oh god. Twilly's friends are against me! I'm just gonna accept my fate and death, just to make it quick' Sombra thought to himself quite dramatically. "I'm ready for my death. I understand that all of you want to hurt me or kill me, so I am just gonna accept my fate now. Just make it a quick death" Sombra sighed. "What are you talking about Som? I'm not going to let anyone hurt you! Your my true love, I'm never going to let you go" Twilight almost cried as she hugged Sombra. "Thank you Twilly, but your friends won't accept this. They probably think me of as a monster right now. Capturing you like I did and taking you away" Sombra sighed again. "Even though y'all are right Sombra, and we all do hate ya, we ain't gonna hurt ya. As long as Twi loves ya, we ain't gonna lay a hoof on ya" Applejack said calmly back to Sombra. "Thank you Applejack" Sombra replied gratefully.
~After 5 hours of non stop talking and catching up, it's now 8 PM and everypony is heading home~
"Come back soon darling" Rarity said her goodbye as she left Twilight and Sombra alone. "That was a crazy day. Thank you Som, for taking me back to my friends" Twilight kissed Sombra on the lips for a quick kiss then broke it after 3 seconds. "No problem Twilly" Sombra replied to Twilight's thank you. "Also, Twilly?"
"Yes Sombra?"
"I was wondering something. And, I'm quite embarrassed by it too.."
"What is it? I won't be angry at you"
"..."
"You can tell me anything Som. What is it?"
Sombra knelt down on one hoof and got out a box. Inside was a gorgeous black ring with a purple crystal.

Omg! I wasn't actually expecting to be finished this quickly! I think I've only just published another chapter. Oh well, two chapters in one day ain't bad is it? Anyway, 3 chapters left! (Spoiler alert! The next chapter is gonna be a wedding! It's defiantly gonna be fun to write a chapter about, but how will Twilight's friends react? Who is getting married? Find out soon)
