The moon began to fade away behind the clouds making the scenery darker than it had already been. The perfect place for a villain to act upon anyone who is out in the park. Most of the victims being roudy teenagers who stay out after dark, and sometimes children who are being unsupervised.

An unsuspecting child played on the swings as her mother went to go get her phone from the car. Her long burning red hair went below the swings and her blue eyes, looking more like ice watched her feet kick in the air.

A dark shadow crept up behind her. She felt uneasy in her stomach, turning around she came face to face with Magma. A villain who was known for kidnapping kids and teens either using them as bait to stop the world famous hero, or was sold and never seen again. The little girl screamed as his hands wrapped around her body, getting tighter the more she struggled. A pain began to travel all around her body coming from the tangled arms causing the child to scream louder.

A ball of light shot through the sky and came crashing down like a meteor. A woman rose up from the dust wearing a skin tight suit that was black and gold with a star in the middle. The woman caught the little girls eye. She recognized her as the hero Shooting Star, she was loved by everyone. Parents knew she was a good example for their kids, teens and kids wanted to be like her, woman wanted to have her good looks, and men... looked a little down from the face.

Like a flash she went running towards the small child and the villain. The little girl was able to feel him shaking in his own suit. His grip loosened and the small girl saw her chance to escape, but she didn't know what to do. As the hero got closer she felt a burning traveling through her body. A spark lit from her hand as the villain let go. Her body lit on fire burning Magma making him yell. The little girl hit the ground with a thud and her flames began to disappear.

Shooting star grabbed the villain tying him up in his own arms. He struggled only making the grip tighten. He began to curse at Shooting star, she only rolled her eyes and knocked him out with a swift punch. The hero walked over to the little girl who had been watching the her in action.

You were still able to see the fear in her eyes. Shooting star helped her stand up, putting her hand on her shoulder "You were very brave tonight, no kid I know would take on a villain like that." Her voice was soft and reassuring, but so bold and strong. She gave the little girl a smile that was favored by the entire world. "I know you're going to be a real hero someday. If you stay brave like that, and work hard, well... you'll probably be better than me."

The little girls eyes lit up as the words went through her head. She thought she could only dream of becoming a hero, but now she had the greatest one tell her she would become one. "Where are your parents?"

A woman began yelling in the distance, she looked furious, fast walking towards the girl, but it was more like a stomping. Her face was red with the anger of several bulls, but at the very same time you could see true fear and shock inside her eyes. She grabbed the small red head by the wrist beginning to pull her along.

"I'm sorry ma'am but who are you?" Shooting star stepped forward. She looked as if he was ready to take down another villain.

"I am her mother thank you, and if it wasn't for you she wouldn't have almost been sold on the black market! Stay away from my kid!" She yelled loud enough it could have woken up the entire neighborhood.

"Now ma'am I admit I could have gotten here sooner, but I caught the villain and your daughter helped" she was cut off by the raging mother

"NO! You're a stain on this country and a stain on this planet. People like you with your stupid powers never helped anyone. People like you caused the world to be like this today! So LEAVE!" The woman yanked her daughter with her, the glimmer in her eyes were gone, but she smiled one last time.

"Thank you shooting star!" She yelled. The hero smiled back at her

"I didn't catch your name" she said

"It's Autumn!" The little girl yelled back as her feet were digging into the dirt. In that moment Shooting Star knew that a new hero was soon to be born.
