                          3. Attempted entry while breaking the rules aka lying and pretending you followed the rules. You get one chance to fix.

                          4. Failure to notify of changed accounts.
                          Updates are added as needed.
                          Punishment is disqualification and public announcement (except line 4.). This is to ensure judges and other award hosts know who to watch out for. This does not mean automatic denial of entry in other awards. That is up to the hosts.
