"Kingsley." Harry greeted as he walked through the office door.

"Harry." Kingsley replied. "Draco, Ms Black. And you are?" He gestured towards the other two.

"Magnus Bane and Alec Lightwood, sir." Provided Magnus.

"Hello. I'm Kingsley Shackelbolt; head of the Aurora department." He shook their hands.

"So what brings you here?"

"It would appear that Draco and Narcissa are now asylum seekers-" Started Harry.

"-not just us Harry, you aswell I'm afraid." Interjected Narcissa. Harry just looked at her in shock.

"I could be of much more assistance if you told me what was going on properly." Stated Kingsley. He was known for his short patience.

"Perhaps it would be best if I explain." Said Narcissa. Now she was around other wizards her calm mask had come back. "It seems that Lucius has escaped from Azkaban and wants his revenge. I received a letter from him clearly explaining just what he intends to do to me and, I quote, 'his discusting little off spring that can not possibly actually be his and that whore of a boyfriend'. There were other things on the letter of course, about how we were stupid to think he would never hear of Draco's coming out and how if it wasn't just a waste of money due to our 'upcoming deaths' Draco would be removed from the Malfoy family tree asap."

"Would it be possible for me to have a look at this letter?" Kingsley asked. He was baffled as to how news of the escape hadn't already reached him but knowing the elder Malfoy it was probably due to bribes.

As Kingsley read through the letter it became more and more apparent that this was not a case to just leave on the shelf and come back to when things got quiet. Sometime through reading the letter Kingsley had told Harry to go fetch Ron; currently the best aurora in the whole department.

As the two auroras discussed the best ways to go about the case, the group waited patiently. Suddenly Alec spoke up.

"I am in no way trying to sound inconsiderate of your predicament but perhaps it would be a good idea for me and Magnus to leave you to it. It seems you have it all under control, after all." Magnus shot the idea down immediately.

"No." He said. "There's already a photo of us with you and as little as I know Lucius I'll bet my life savings he has at least one spy. We've been dragged into this just by being there when you turned up Narcissa. Leaving now could be dangerous. Anyway, I have a feeling we can help."

"What? How?" Asked Draco.

"Well. He's out to kill you. That means you need somewhere to hide. He would've expected you to flee the manor and probably expected you to come here and report of his escape. He'll be looking all over the country for you." Clearly explained the warlock. The wizards all nodded at him slowly, unaware of where he was going with this. Alec, on the other hand, had caught on: "Yeah, but would he expect you be in in another country?" He asked.

"No probably not but I don't understand I mean we wouldn't have anywhere to go to in a different country and I'd rather be in hiding than homeless and in hiding." Said Narcissa, growing impatient.

"Oh but you do have somewhere to go..." said Alec. "The Institute."
