Chapter 10

"What institute? Talk sense!" Draco was growing very impatient.

"New York Institute. It's where I eer... used to live." Alec explained with a blush as Magnus winked at him. "It's where Shadow Hunters stay if they're from out if town. My parents run it. It's a really safe place. The only problem I can think of would be if you can actually get in..."

"What do you mean?" Asked Harry; he saw no problem with them staying there.

"Well-" continued Alec, "you see; vampires and werewolfs etcetra etcetra aren't able to enter the Institute... I don't know if it would be the same for you guys though because being honest I thought wizards were a myth until now... Magnus can get in though and he's the closest thing we have to you guys."

"I don't see any problem with them getting in Alexander. Should I make a portal so you can ask Maryse about it?

"Shouldn't we ask Shakelbolt if it's ok first?" Narcissa interjected.

"Ask me what?" Kingsley strolled into the room, a calm look on his face however if you looked closely you could see a hint of worry. Knowing him best, Harry replied to his question.

"Well, we were just discussing where we can go. Lucius will be looking all over the country for us, but most likely not another. We were wondering if it would be best to go back to New York with Magnus and Alec for a while."

"They'll be safe, in the Institute. We know how to fight." Alec added.

"We being?" No easily preventable mistakes were going to be made.

"We being Mother, Izzy, Jace, and Clary. Clary's training at the moment, but is a natural. Max will be there too but he's too young to start training. I think Father is away at the moment. Magnus and I also visit regularly."

Kingsley thoughg on the offer for a minute before nodding his head once.

"Very well. And you're sure this is ok?"

"I was just about to ask. You don't mind if we portal through, do you?"

"Eer no. Not at all."

"If you excuse me then." Said Magnus as he made the glowing frame.

"I'll be back in 5 minutes." Alec called, stepping through the portal. Magnus followed and room grew dim once again.

Sorry I didn't update for so long. All I will say is that this is only a hobby so if I don't update for ages just stick by me and there will be another at some point. I won't abandon the story.

Sorry this is such a bad chapter :s I wanted to update but I seem to have a problem with getting ideas out of my head and onto a page...
