As Havoc was about to leave the boys locker room that pain she had felt earlier came back. It soared through her, made her body jerk back. Her eyes widened as she tightened her jaw, trying as hard as she could to contain the pain. It felt almost as if she was on fire this time. Like there was a fire in her body and at the same time as if her spine was trying to pierce her skin, escape from her.
"Havoc? What's going on?" Scott asked, but he didn't make any other attempts to reach her other than lean forward just a bit.
"Argh, I'm fine." Havoc sputtered back. She dug her fingers into her arms as if trying to claw her skin open would help with the burning sensation.
"Do I need to get anyone? You don't look like you're okay?" Scott asked again. Havoc hissed at him and straightened her previously bent back, staring into his warm eyes with ice cold red ones. She rolled her head and stretched out her fingers towards the ground. Scott looked at her with a weird look in his eyes. Havoc was fine again.
"I said I'm fine" She scolded him. "You brats take everything so seriously. One o'clock, my mansion. Be there. Or not, you do whatever you want to" Havoc rolled her eyes slightly trying to play it off as she being fine. She was still sputtering the words out even if she didn't notice was, but Scott felt like she most likely were trying to still look strong in front of him. If it was one thing he had learned about her it was that she relayed a lot on the image of being a horrible monster. Or maybe it was unintentional.
When Scott didn't answer she turned around and left the locker room. She went through the corridors almost empty of students and left the school to go back to her mansion, one of the several homes she has collected throughout her years.
"... Havoc?" Elizabeth kindly asked as she slowly put down her cup of tea onto the table. Her movements were elegant and smooth, just as elegant as the clothing she had chosen for the day. As if she could hear Havoc's thoughts she proceeded to tug at the bottom of her tight fitting white dress to straighten it out. Marion's clothes were less elegant. She had changed into a yellow striped shirt that wasn't necessarily bad fashion, but between Havoc and Elizabeth she looked cheap.
Havoc leaned back in her chair and stretched out her arms. She had just been thinking about how maybe she should have made sure Scott wouldn't tell anyone about her minute of weakness, and Elizabeth had pulled her out of her thoughts. Marion tapped her fingers gently against the table, small sparks of blue energy flying through the air every time the tips of her fingers connected with the hard wooden table
"Did something happen?" Elizabeth continued when Havoc didn't answer.
"No, I'm fine. Why wouldn't I be, you silly witch. Now tell me, what do we need to get for the ritual?" Havoc shrugged it off and leaned forward again to place her hands on the table.
"We'll need somewhere to do it, like a flat stone block maybe, and some chalk to start with. If chalk can't be found, regular paint works too. Then we'll need five objects that have a connection to him in some way." Marion explained.
"You'll be the fifth object, so you need to choose four more that'll be strong enough to bring him back." Elizabeth filled in. Marion nodded in agreement and continued.
"We'll need the spell, of course, so we're bringing the spell book. Lastly we'll need his ashes."
