we talked for a while, laughing lightly, growing fond of each other quickly.

"you do realize what you're doing is 'hell' right?" i asked, chuckled lightly. i was only kidding of course, a much as it hurts to think that's what people say, i was only kidding right now.

"what?" michael frowned, suddenly turning serious.

"apparently befriending me is 'hell'" i chuckle. michael stared into my eyes, "hey, i know i just met you, but to be honest, i can already tell that we'll be great friends."

i smiled at him, "thank you michael." i said as i ruffled his hair and laughed.

"so tell me about yourse-" michael got cut off by the ringing off the bell, signalling that lunch break was over.

"i had a great time, thanks again." i said, grabbing my bag and getting up, "me too, what class do you have next?" michael asked.

"oh, i have math, in classroom 145." i replied, "i have a class in classroom 148, i'll accompany you." he said.

i nodded, and we walked to class in silence, and all i could think about was how lucky i am to finally have a friend.
