I woke up really early the next morning. I groaned when I looked at the clock and saw that it was 6 am. Weird... I never got up that early. Then I remembered last night. Was it all a dream? I slipped off my pajamas and threw on some skinny jeans and a black Fall Out Boy shirt. I quickly brush through my hair and race to the living room as quietly as possible. There, still sleeping on my couch, was Chandler Riggs. This wasn't a dream.

I go back into my room and put my dark brown hair up into a high ponytail. Once it looks presentable, I coat my eyes with black eyeliner followed by a little mascara. I never wore much more than that. I slip on my black converse and complete my look with some small ball-shaped earrings. I check myself out. Thank god I don't look like my mom. My hair is much darker than hers, and my eyes are blue while hers are brown. I have a little bit of freckles, light skin, and I'm only 5 ft. My mom is the opposite, except that she is only two inches taller than me. I give myself one more quick glance in the mirror and walk to the kitchen to start making breakfast.

I make pancakes, and by the time I am about to finish it's 7:30. Cade walks upstairs rubbing his eyes and yawning loudly. "Shut up, Cade," I say gesturing to the two unconscious boys in the living room and Cade's eyes widen. "You had a sleepover with boys? You are going to be in so much trouble," he says annoyingly. I put some pancakes on a plate and hand it to him. "They aren't just 'some boys.' And no, I won't be because you are not going to tell mom," I say while he digs in to his food. He glares at me evilly. "What's in it for me?"

How did I know he was going to ask that? That little shit. "I'll buy you a candy bar, now shush." He grins. "Deal. Who are they, anyways?" Just then, I hear someone getting up. We both look towards the noise to see Sam walking over to us. "Yes, I'm starving," he says while helping himself to some food. His hair is sticking up all over, and I suppress a laugh. Unfortunately, Cade wasn't so nice. "Your hair is stupid," he comments loudly. I kick him really hard in the shins. He gives me a bitch face and storms off to his room downstairs.

"Who is that?" Sam says laughing a bit. I sigh. "That's my brother, Cade. Sorry about him, he's annoying as fuck," I say, blushing. Cade is only two years younger than me, but he acts like he is five. He looks a lot like me, but he has my moms hair color and is a little chubbier. Sam smiles. "Don't worry about it," he says politely.

We continue eating in awkward silence until we hear a loud thump in the living room and a muffled yell. We rush into the room to see Chandler on the floor with a blanket tangled around him. "I fell," he groans as he tries to get up. Sam and I crack up. We are laughing so hard, we are crying, and I snort. That makes us laugh even harder and we collapse on the floor. Even Chandler's laughing now. "Oh god- it hurts!" I say between laughs and holding my side. Scar runs upstairs smiling. "What's going on here?" She says as we try to calm down.  Finally we are able to stop, and I help Chandler up. I'm sure gonna miss these boys when they leave.
