Your Diana Henderson, a 17 year old girl who moves back in with your brother after leaving for 10 years and moves back in with your family, somehow you manage to get caught up into trouble and maybe fall in love along the way.
When I stepped out of my car into the laneway of my new house. I had two things on my mind, a fresh start and how my life was gonna be now. After I had gotten better my mother and aunt thought it was time I came back to Hawkins indiana, My hometown, I was born there but I was moved to a city a bit far from Hawkins where I lived with my aunt for awhile when I was sick.
As I pulled some boxes out of my mother's car my front door flew open and my little brother Dustin came running out to greet me. "Diana!" He yelled jumping into my arms. "Dustin I haven't seen you in so long."
"Your all better now right?" He asked nervous. "Of course Dustin i'm never leaving you again." "Great!" He smiled. Oh my goodness your teeth grew in!" I smiled. "Oh these pearls?" He teased. We walked inside as he showed me to my room. It still had a few things I left behind when I moved into my aunts house. Like my bed, my dresser, and a few outfits, plus my old desk. I loved to draw as a child. I had the weekend to get ready for school again I was only starting in october so I hadn't missed a lot yet so I shouldn't be far behind. My brother left to go to a friends house and I would pick him up later.
A few hours later.....
I drove to the address I was given to by my mother and went a little early so I could Introduce myself since my mother told me his friend had an older sister who was my age and went to my school. I got to the house and parked my car on the street and went to the front door and rang the doorbell. "Hello?" A women came to answer I guess this is her mother. Hello I'm Diana I'm Dustin's older sister. "Oh yes your mother called me earlier come in." I stepped into the huge house and saw a bunch of converse at the door. Looks like Dustin actually has friends. I thought to myself. "Nancy come downstairs I want you to meet someone." "Coming mom!" She replied. She came downstairs with a smile and said "Hi my name is Nancy!" "Hi nice to meet you!" I replied with a grin. "If you like you can hangout with me until our brothers are done.""Sure that sounds great." I said. We talked for what seemed like hours and We were like best friends after that I offered to pick her up and drive her to school on monday and she agreed.
Me and Dustin were on our way home when he asked if I could make one stop It didn't really matter to me He said to go to this convenience store by our house so he could get batteries. I told him to be quick cause we also had to stop at a pharmacy in town so I could get my prescription. The weekend went by pretty fast we did the same thing again on sunday hung out at the wheelers then went home to go to bed for school next day.
The next Day.....
I got up and got ready for school I wasn't really looking forward to this since I haven't seen anyone since I was 7 and I'm sure everyone forgot about me anyway so today should be a bit easier. I drove to the Wheelers to pick up Nancy since the boys were all gonna bike together. Me and Nancy were on our way when I looked in my rear view mirror and saw a blue 79 Camaro speeding behind us and they are not gonna stop so me being me as soon as this asshole was gonna ram into us I turned the car into a ditch at the last second and pushed on the breaks sending us forward then back into our seats in shock.

"Holy shit." Nancy said catching her breath. "Who was that?" I asked. "That was Billy hargrove." She said in annoyance. "What an asshole he could have killed us." I said annoyed. " He pulls shit like that all the time." Nancy said still pissed. I pulled out of the ditch and continued to drive to the school. Well things are looking great so far I thought to myself annoyed.
We pulled into the schools parking lot and students already started to look over to my car. "Why are they looking at us?" I said nervously. "Everybody knows when there's a new kid." She commented. We got out of the car and I immediately recognized someone. Jonathan Byers my childhood friend.I haven't seen him in years. He's one of the reasons Dustin and Will are friends they have been since they were little cause Jonathan and I hung out alot. "Hey Nancy." He waved. Nancy smiled and waved back. "Hey Jonathan this is----Diana" he finished. "You know her?" Nancy asked confused. He smiled "Yea I have known her since we were little." "Wow small world." Nancy Laughed. She showed me my locker and I Put my stuff into my locker and got out a few binders. I started down the hall looking my my next class when I bumped Into someone. "Oh jeez Im sorry." he apologized as he helped me up. "What's your name?" he asked intrigued. "Diana, I'm new here" I said shyly. "Steve." He replied smoothly. "What class are you in?" Oh I'm in room 205 I think. I replied. "I can walk you there if you like." Sure. I laughed.
After a bunch of boring classes I went to my locker to get my stuff and go home Jonathan was driving Nancy home so I didn't have to wait. I started to head to my car when I hear a male talking to me. Heyyyy. He says trying to sound seductive but fails miserably in my eyes. Need a ride? I roll my eyes and said a flat no. "What's your name dollface? I haven't seen you around here I finally turned around and saw some blond jackass leaning against a blue 79 Camaro. wait a blue 79 Camaro! You're the asshole that almost ran into me this morning! I screamed at this jackass. Oops that was you I'm real sorry about that Doll. Thats Diana to you. I sassed. Steve came over and said what the hell are you doing Hargrove? He growled. "I'm just talking to this doll over here, What is she yours?" Billy mocked. Steve scoffed and dragged me away from Billy. "Stay away from him." Steve growled then left me in the parking lot wondering what just happened.
