chapter 12

You woke up at 9:38 AM. You look over at your phone and see a text.

Shawn: good morning gorgeous :)
Maya: morning handsome ♡
Shawn: start getting ready, I'll pick u up at 10.
Maya: okay.

You instantly jumped out of bed and started choosing your outfit. You looked in arianas room and she was snoring. You laughed to yourself.

You put on some ripped jeans with thigh high boots, without heels tho. A burgundy baggy sweater and retouched your curls from last night. And put on a little make up, to not make it looks like u just woke up. Spayed some perfume and went to the kitchen.

You started taking out the eggs when u heard the doorbell. You opened the door and saw Shawn with a bouquet of flowers. He's the sweetest.

"Hey" he said grinning. He was wearing all black, you didn't mind because it suited him very well.
"Hey" you said laughing.

"C'mon let's go" said Shawn. "No wait I haven't eaten anything" you said dreadfully. "That's why I picked u up, to go eat breakfast." Shawn said chuckling.

You blushed really hard because you didn't get the hint. You were really embarrassed so u just laughed awkwardly. " it's okay Maya, let's just go cmon." He said giggling a bit.

He helped u get in the car and then got in the car himself. Started the car and he put his hand on your thigh. You grabbed it and intertwined your fingers in his hand. It felt right.

The radio was playing. And Shawn was mumbling to the words, you were anxious to hear him sing so you started singing yourself.

Some people live for the fortune...

You loved to sing but never thought much of it. Shawn turned to look at you, like you were the prettiest angel he's ever seen. He was smiling too.
You smiled too. "Babe, you can sing!" He spit out.

"I can?" You asked surprised. "Heck yeah" he said excitedly. Another song came on.

Luxurious loving, like Egyptian cotton, if I ain't got nothing, least I got you.

You sang, and you then couldn't wait, "Shawn can u sing with me?" You asked innocently. "Me what? No I'm not as good as you." You laughed and said,"Shawn I'm pretty sure you better than me."

You looked deep in his eyes. When he stopped at a red light he got close to your face. "Your absoloutly amazing maya." You could almost even feel the words go into your mouth.

He got closer and softly brushed his lips over yours, you allowed him. He put one of his hands on your thigh and The other in your waist. The kiss was so intense, yet soft and passionate. He was a good kisser. When both of you pulled away, he kissed you on your forehead, and then started driving cuz it turned green.

Shawn groaned and kept driving. "So?" Shawn looked at you confused. "What?" He said. "Aren't you gonna sing?" You said smiling. "Um idk." He said grinning. "Please, for me?" You said like a 5 year old.

Shawn laughed. "Okay fine babe, but I'm just warning you, I'm not great." You started to get exited.

She takes me places that tears up my reputation, manipulates my decisions, baby there's nothing holding me back.

You were amazed, you couldn't stop staring, almost as if he hypnotized you. His voice sounded like one of an angel.

"Babe...." you stood there in shock.
"What?" Shawn asked laughing. His laugh was so cute. "Why didn't u tell me that you could sing like that??"

" I don't know" He said dumbfounded.

When you arrived, Shawn helped you out of the car, and opened the resturant door for you. While waiting he entertwined your hand with his. You smiled like an idiot.

The lady at the counter showed you way to your table, you could feel Shawns hand on your waist.

"Thank you shawn, for bringing me here." You said. "Your welcome princess." He said smiling.

The waitress arrived a few minutes later. You could tell she was interested in Shawn. The way she looked at him said it all.

"I'll have the eggs Benedict." Shawn said innocently. "Id like the French toast with berries please." You said, while staring that bitch down.

"The order is on the way." She said, winking at Shawn. Your ears were boiling.

You started using your phone, because you didn't knownwhat else to do. "Hey Maya look at the dog outside." Shawn said while pointing out the window, and chuckling.

You didn't look up. You weren't mad at him, but you just hated the thought of him leaving you or cheating on you. "Hey Maya, what's wrong?" Shawn asks worried.

"Oh nothing, I'm fine." You said sarcastically. You finally looked up and looked at his face. "Babe are you jelous?" Shawn asked with a slight smile.

You didn't answer. You turned to look outside the window. "Hey, I'm not going anywhere. No other women compares to you hun." Shawn said looking into you eyes. You blushed and looked down.

The waitress came back with the food and Shawn put his hand on top of yours, on the table so the waitress could see. She didn't even try she just brought the food and left. When she left you started laughing. "Your evil maya." Shawn said smiling.

"You know you love me" you said laughing.
