3:27 am
Excruciating pain coming from your stomach woke you up. Maybe it's all that fried fair food I ate, you thought.

You went to the bathroom to see if you wanted to use it. But as soon as you pulled down you pants, you saw a huge red stain on them. Fuck. Why do women have periods.

You groaned and got up for a fresh pair of underwear and a pad. It hurt more and more. You took off your bloody panties and put in the pad and went downstairs to get a pain reliever. After drinking a shit load of water. You went back to bed, waiting for the pill to calm down the pain.

You then felt shawn roll over and put his hand over your belly. He was half asleep. It was so comforting and tight. After a few minutes you went back to sleep.

8:47am
You feel something on your neck. You twist and turn and eventually wake up. It was shawn. You loved this. "Good morning baby" he said in between kisses. You smiled and blushed. "Morning babe" you said finally looking at him.

Shawn then tries to tickle you. But all you do it wince with pain. Your flow was super heavy. "Oowh dont do that please" you said in pain. A worried look washed Shawn's face. "What's wrong love?" He asked.

You sat up. And looked back, shawn was still laying down. "I started my period... and it hurts really bad, I'm having cramps." You told him. "Oh no... baby lay down I'll make you some of that tea you like and some waffles with berries, your favorite breakfast" he said getting up.

He came around the bed and grasped your cheeks in his hands and gave you a kiss. "Stay here" he said walking out.

"I love you" you yelled. "I love you too" he screamed back. 

You layed back in your bed and pulled the covers over again. Not long before shawn comes back again. "Hey babe, imma go to the grocery store to get some berries and other stuff real quick okay?" He asked.

"Yeah it's fine just dont take too long or I'll die of hunger" you said. "Okay ill be right back then" he said grabbing his keys.

You heard him turn on the car engine and drive out. You slowly drifted into a deep sleep you missed out on last night.

10:30 am
You heard a distant jingle in your sleep. You suddenly realized you were asleep and woke up. You looked around at the time and realized shawn still wasnt back.

You saw your phone ringing so you answered.

"Hello"
"Maya? Are you Mr Mendes's girlfriend?"

"Yes... what's going on??"

" we are very sorry to report that your loved one is in the hospital, he was in a car crash and is in critical condition right now.."

Your heart dropped to the floor. You instantly started crying and shaking and just freaking out in general.

"What hospital is he staying at??"

"St Mary's hospital"

"I'll be on my way"
