chapter 15

One week later

"Maya?" Said a nurse. You quickly got up. "Yes?" You said. "Follow me this way." She said walking in the department. She walked you to a room that was the farthest down the aisle. She opened the door and you sat down .

"Dr. Mendes right?" She asked. Just hearing his name made the butterflies in your stomach fly. "Yes" you said.

The nurse took your weight, height, and blood pressure. That thing they put on your arm for the blood pressure always makes u uncomfterable.

"Okay hun, Dr. Mendes will be here in a minute, hang tight alright." She said. You nodded and went on your phone while you were waited. Around 10 minutes later you heard a knock on the door, your head shot up.

"Good morning beautiful." Shawn said  the last part whispering so nobody else would hear. You got up and hugged him. "I missed you" you whispered in his ear. "I missed you too Maya" Shawn said setting you down.

He put you down on the like examination table were the patients sit (Idk how else to explain it, that's what hospitals here in California have at least) and he stood between your legs. You felt like tingly all over and you loved it.

Shawn cupped your face and took you in for a kiss. That kiss turned into a small make Out session. You pulled away and looked at Shawns eyes. They were so beautiful. "I'm here for a doctor's appointment, not a bang" you said laughing at the end.

" I know but I can't help it, your so hot." Shawn said smirking. "Okay so how have you been feeling since last visit.?" Shawn asked you .

"Amazing, cuz I get to do this now," you said, then giving him a peck on the lips. Shawn laughed and said. "Babe c'mon" " Okay okay, I've been feeling better the meds helped a lot." You said.

"Do you think you still need them?" He asked. "I think so, idk why I'm still sleeping weird." You said. "I'll help you sleep better at night" Shawn said with a wink.

He stepped closer to you. You got a hold of his scrubs and pulled him towards you. There was and inch of space between you both. "Id love that" and you kissed him. His lips are so soft. He got a hold of your waist and pulled you closer. He grabbed your butt and gave it a light squeeze. Your right hand got tangled in his brown curly hair, letting a small moan escape from Shawns lips. He whispered "jump" and you did . His hands were holding you by your thighs. You wrapped your legs around his abdomen. You feel his abs against your stomach, and you loved it. He set you down again were you sat before, making sure to not break the kiss.

You then heard a knock on the door. Shawn and you froze on the spot. Shawn pulled himself away from you and you cleaned yourself in 3 seconds.

"Dr. Mendes, another patient is waiting." A nurse said. "Of course Teresa, I'll just write down her prescription and I'll head on over there." Shawn said. The nurse nodded and walked out.

Shawn looked at you with his eyes wide af. "That was so close omg, what if they caught us, you can loose your job, and it'll be my fa-" you were cut off with Shawns lips. He laid a long, soft kiss on your lips.

"Don't worry about it hun, I'm the one that kept it going" he said, while writing something down. You didn't say anything. You knew it would be useless. You sat down and let the noise of the pen writing on paper be the only noise in the room.

Shawn got up "Here you Maya, I'll see you in 2 weeks, well here at least." You smiled and took the paper. You hugged him, and he hugged you back, you always loved his hugs, they were so comforting and protective.

"I'll see you the day after tomorrow, well go ice skating." Shawn said smiling. "Okay then. I'll be ready." You said smiling. Shawn kissed you and hugged you one last time. He then walked out of the room.

You instantly felt alone, and empty. That man did things to you.
