Chapter 6: The Hit

Elias lays awake next to Rose (who is sleeping), and he thinks to himself about what could happen due to his relationship with her. Eventually Elias falls asleep. And this night Jill stays over with Kazuo, as Mary stays with her parents for the night. The next morning, Mr.Jensen's three guests arrive.

Mr.Jensen: What happened to you?

Beard Hitman: Long story.

Mr.Jensen: Can you even do the job now?

Beard Hitman: I can, and will.

Mr.Jensen: You don't look like you're in the condition to, but you'll be using guns, so it shouldn't matter.

Leader Hitman: We've been filled in about our target, but lets go over everything with you one last time before we do this.

Mr.Jensen: Sounds great.

Kazuo leaves Mary a message, since she didn't answer her phone.

Kazuo: Mary, just let me know when you are coming back. Can you at least tell me that? I mean, I know about Elias. He told me. But, there's no need to be mad like this. Come home good looking. Hang out with me and Jill for a while. I hope to see you soon. Bye.

Kazuo hangs up, and then talks to Jill.

Kazuo: Well, looks like we still have the house to ourselves even longer than we thought.

Jill: What about Elias?

Kazuo: Your right. He will be home soon. Which is why I would like to tell you this now. I'd rather do it when it's just the two of us.

Jill: What are you talking about?

Kazuo holds Jill's hands.

Kazuo: Jill, I love you.

Jill: I love you too Kazuo. What is this about?

Kazuo: I've been thinking a lot, about us. And I was even telling Elias before, that I think you could be the one. That I could spend the rest of my life with you.

Jill is really touched, and gets tears in her eyes.

Jill: Awww, baby that means so much to me. I think you are the one for me, and I would LOVE to spend the rest of my life and grow old with you.

Kazuo: Growing old doesn't sound fun haha, but with you, it sounds great.

Kazuo and Jill both smile at each other, and then hug, and then give each other a kiss on the lips. And at the Jensen home. . .

Mr.Jensen: So we are all clear?

Hitwoman: Yes sir.

Beard Hitman: Yeah.

Leader Hitman: Yes sir. We'll have it done within the hour.

Mr.Jensen: And remember, don't harm my daughter. Other than her, kill anyone associated with Thorsen.

Leader Hitman: Understood.

As Elias and Rose get ready to go. . .

Elias: You know, I still feel bad for my friend Mary.

Rose: You did nothing wrong babe. I'm sure she will come to terms with the fact that you have a girlfriend sooner or later.

Elias: I think if she knew you, she would like you and accept it more.

Rose: Well, why don't you invite her to meet us for lunch right now?

Elias: Are you serious?

Rose: Yeah, I am. Invite her. And you can invite your other friend too if you want.
