During an attack, a normal panic attack will cause rapid breathing and that's it, however, when Tsuneo has his attacks there is more going on. His body is weak so when he breathes so quickly it causes something similar to nose bleeds where he begins bleeding because of the force in his lungs.
He is easy to stabilise by giving him his own oxygen mask that helps him breathe but theres another issue"

"He loses blood from his attacks, we don't know what causes them and his blood pressure is high, despite how he doesn't have enough blood"
