I jump up out of bed, not expecting for my phone to ring. I go towards my vanity to locate my phone which is currently ringing. I take my phone into my hands and squint my eyes immediately once the light from my phone temporarily blinds me. I read the screen and it displays.
Incoming Video Call: Maryssa
My eyes open with shock... Why is she calling me? I don't think we planned to meet up today for our project. Even so, I definitely won't decline a call from her. With that I press the answer button.
"Good Morning Namjoon, What's up?"
"Good Morning, Nothing really. Well I just woke up, later I will be going to take shots at a park. So I can add more photos into my portfolio. What about you?"
"Well actually... I was wondering if we could hangout today. You know so we can get to know each other. We are friends now... So, can I join you while you take your shoots?" She says nervously waiting for my response. Taken back I look towards the screen to see if she was serious. Her questions lately have been a bit surprising, a few days ago while we were doing our project she asked me to be her friend and now she wants to get to know me? It's just so new... Maybe she is actually starting to notice me.

The Video Call ends with that. I stare at my phone in aw.. Did that just happen? Staying still in confusion..
I go to get my equipment into my car and began driving to Maryssa's house. After I pick her up, we both go into my car and drive our way to the park.
"Here we are, this is the park I was telling you about" Looking around at the beautiful fall color leaves that threaten to fall from these giant magnificent trees.
"Wow these trees are so memorizing, It's just so breathtakingly beautiful!" Maryssa shouts taking in every single detail of every tree. If only she knew that these trees have nothing compared to her own beauty. I feel the same way, but not for the trees. Only for the woman beside me, who already possesses all the beauty in the world.
I take my eyes away from her and also look at the view in front of us.
