After what seemed like forever he left. I dont know why I feel relieved.

By then it was getting dark and it was time to close up. As I was grabbing my jacket and keys I walked to the door and stopped. On the other side of the clear glass door was Him.

He smiled at me through the glass.

I quickly opened the door with a pull.

"Eric!" I said rather surprised.

"Hey sunrise" he laughed.

His blonde bangs flowing in the cool breeze off the river.

I smiled.

I found myself thinking about how happy I was to see him.

"What are you doing here?" I asked, Locking the door behind me.

"I came to see you." He said pushing his hair away from his glassy eyes.

I flickered my eyes a little.

"Really?"

"Mhmm." He smirked.

I kinda stood there. Wow. He came to see me? Damn...

"Wanna just go on a walk?" I asked. I didnt really know what else to say at that moment so may as well clear the awkward silence.

"Sure!" He said.

He seemed exited, as if he was going to ask the same of me.

I started walking in the direction of the city, down the street.

"No no no-" he paused.

"Let's walk along the water, it's much nicer" he cheekily smiled.

I nodded and walked back over next to him.

As we walk I stare down at my shoes. Stained with coffee and milk, not so white anymore.

I looked over at his shoes.

Vans.

Black and white.

Nicely kept honestly.

I looked back up.

The cold wind off the water in my face.

It was refreshing and relaxing regardless the shivers it brought.

On the corner of my eye I saw him looking over at me.

I turned I him. He smiled and looked away.

"What?" I questioned.

"Oh nothing." He said in that sneaky cheeky sorta way.

I smiled at him funny like.

What a idiot.

He walked me to my apartment down the street from the river,

the roads iced over.

"Sunrise, you are truly brilliant".

I felt my face heat up.

I probably look like a freaking tomato, good thing it's dark.

He turned to me, his eyes gleaming. He sighed.

"Till the Moore".

He said bowing in a dramatic silly way.

I laughed.

He looked up and laughed slightly too.

"Sunrise"

he nodded.

I smiled pulling out my keys out of my jacket pocket.

"Eric" I smiled.

He turned away and skipped down the street.

"Don't fall!" I yelled to him still laughing.

He tired around and raised one arm in the air and waved it around at me.

I watched as he turned the corner.

I sighed once more, smiling,

The look of his eyes still in my head.
