*Emmanuels Pov*

"You gotta wake up bro" I say leaning over Emmets body as the only sound in the room was the beeping machine and his short breaths he was taking,

"You've been asleep for a long ass time now man and a lot has happened" I say smiling at him as his chest went up and down while his eyes were closed,

"Your wife is about to have your new born baby any minute now and your still over here breathing and sleeping like nothing" I say with a short chuckle as I watched Emmet lay still,

"She bought you guys a house a few blocks away from mine and the kids love it already" I say with a nod,

"Your kids miss you everyday and they talk about how much they want their dad" I say with a frown,

"They really need you right now, especially your wife. I mean she's taken these past 9 months with you gone pretty hard, especially with being pregnant with your child" I say placing my hand on his forehead,

"Well, I'll come back like usual telling you the update on your family. Even though people think it's weird for me to be talking to a person that can't say anything back and probably doesn't even know what I'm saying" I say leaning down to kiss his forehead,

"That was gay as fuck but whatever" I say with a laugh while moving away and spitting out his germs,

"So that's it, wake up soon big cuz" I say walking away towards the door with a nod before my phone rang as I flinched back before answering the random phone call that came out of nowhere,

"H-" before I could finish a loud voice I knew shouted through the phone,

"Get your ass to the fourth floor now!" Dede shouted as I looked at the phone confusedly,

"Jezzabelles about to have a baby come out of her vagina! Get up here to room 218 now dammit!" She shouted through the phone as I noticed her voice was so loud it sounded louder then if I were to put her on speaker,

"Lets go" A voice says behind me as I turned around in shock,

"E-Emmet?" I shuddered looking at him with eyes as he was looking down at me with a nod,

"Wh-" before I could finish my sentence he grabbed my arm dragging me towards the stairs,

"Room 218?" He asks while jogging up the stairs as I nod while still looking at him in shock,

"I'm not having the baby without him!" We hear Jezzabelle shout from down the hall as we got to the fourth floor,

"You have to push now!" Dede shouts before Emmet opened the door with me right behind him,

"What the fuck?!" Dede shouted in shock and happiness as jezzabelle looked at her husband with wide eyes,

"I'm here baby, I'm sorry for making you go through this shit alone. I'll never leave you again" He says grabbing her hand kissing her forehead as she smiles widely,

"Ma'am we need you to push now! This baby is coming quickly" The doctor says as Dede backed into me grabbing my arm and squeezing it as I winced,

" It's crowning" The doctors says as I almost fainted at the sight if a baby's head coming out of my cousins wife vagina,

"Oh my god!" Dede shouts covering my eyes as I moved her hand with a glare,

"He's almost here" The doctor says as Emmet smiled at his wife,

"Another boy?" He asks with a wide grin as she nods heavily breathing and sweating,

"Your son is here" The doctor says raising his hands as my eyes widened when I saw the cord attached to the bloody screaming baby,

"Holy shit" I say with a gasp before falling to the ground with a thump hearing Dede shout at me to get up before I ended up fainting.
