Chapter 9 | I love you

(Sorry this is mostly Tracer POVs. She is the main character of this....Im more comfortable using her)

Tracer POV

    The bright sun flashes threw the blinds of the guest bedroom. I flutter my eyes open, being introduced by a headache. I felt some weight on my side. I take a glimpse to my right to see a peaceful french girl breathing softly, with her arms rapped around my neck. I wonder for a second. Where am I? What is happening? How did I end up in bed with my best friend/crush? Then remembering last night. We drank, made out, and hid from the police. Amélie starts to talk in her sleep.
      "oui lena. juste là~" she whispered with a slight accent.
Amélie moved her leg up, making it stroke my thigh. She wrapped her arms around my neck harder and pushed my head towards her. I tensed up again. What the hell is she dreaming about?
     "Hola...you awake now Lena? Why so red, aye?" Olivia said.
      I just stared at her and pointed to Amélie. Olivia got what a meant so she snorted and walked to Hana, who was sitting on the couch playing on her DS.
     I tried to get up but Amélie's strength would get stronger and pull me back towards her.
      "Amélie...Love. C-Can I get up and freshen up a bit?" I whispered, nudging her. She groaned and loosened her grip.
     "Be quick....." she said.

      I hop into the shower and noticed....shit I don't have a towel.
      "Amélie!!"
      "wHaT!?" She groaned loudly.
      "C-Can you get me a small towel...at least for my hair?!" I yelled back.
      Amélie screamed and walked to the drawer and grabbed a towel. She was half awake so she couldn't see that well....she just squinted. I hear the bathroom door open.
      "Here." She said.
I try reaching for it but all I grab is air.
      "C-Can you give it me?" I questioned.
       "Nah....you have to get it from me." She said giggling.
       "Stop teasing me! I need it! Amélie I'm not falling for any of your tricks damn it!" I yelled.
      "No."
      "UUGGGHHH!!!"
I poked my head out and tried reaching for it. I got a good grip and yanked it, making Amélie jerk forward.
      "HAHA!!" I laughed with Victory.
Amélie frowned and slapped me hard, quickly running out the bathroom.
      "BOLLOCKS!!!" I screamed.
I quickly put on my cloths and rush out the bathroom. I see Amélie cracking up. I charge after her and pin Amélie to the bed, tackling the hell out of her. She starts laughing out Stop. But of course I say no. Let me remind you. This is normal. We do this a lot.
       "Say your sorry, you ass!" I said, pushing her arms back.
       "Kinky~" she winked at me.
I got pretty shook so I jumped off of her and tried walking out the bedroom door but I shot my eyes open when noticing everyone in this house watched what happened. I stood there and slowly closed the door on them.
       "I hate you so much....." I told Amélie.
        "I was joking, chéri!" She giggled.
I leaned on the door and folded my arms.
       "Never saw that side of you when we were in class." I sighed.
       "Bébé, trust me. You saw that side the past 2 days ago." She said getting up off the bed. She walked towards me. I started to blush a deep maroon when she came down to my height. She pinned me to the door and kissed me softly. I relax and kiss back. I brake for a sec and say.
       "Hey. Can I remind you, love. We aren't dating."
       "I know."
Amélie gave a casual expression.
       "Hey~"
       "Hi?" I said in confusion.
       "Can I remind you, chéri~"
I got pretty confused at this point until my heart pounded.
       "I can ask you out right now~"
The heat rose up, my ears got red, I started to sweat like crazy, and I started to breathe heavy.
       "H-huh?" I stuttered.
She stroked my hair and put our foreheads together. She whispered in her beautiful soothing voice.
      "Lena Oxton. My best friend. I'm glad you came up to me and told me to come to the park. You sang my childhood favorite song. You did everything to make me happy and successfully did. You made me feel things. You know how I don't usually have emotions but When you kissed me during New Years, I wanted it to last for a long time. Lena. The time has come and I just wanted to say, I love you very much and I'd love to ask you this one question. Will you be my girlfriend and promise me to stay by my side forever....and be better than that asshole Gérard?"
       "A-Are you lying?! I'Is This really Happening!?" I stuttered, while my eyes start to water a bit.
       "Im not lying~" Amélie said putting her hands on my waist.
       "Yes! Yes you idiot!!" I said crying.
I jumped onto her and hugged her so hard. She held me and started tearing up.
      "To be honest....I knew this was coming~" I whispered.
      "To be honest....I knew you would say Yes chéri." She whispered back.
      I quickly grabbed her face and kissed her deeply. This felt good....really good. I've officially got Amélie to be my girlfriend. She broke and a string of spit appeared. I wiped it off with embarrassment while still hanging onto Amélie's neck.
       "Gross~" she said with a flirty tone.
       "Get used to it, love...." I frowned.
In the middle of us smiling, I hear screaming coming from the opposite side of the door. I got off Amélie and opened it. Suddenly, Hana falls flat on her face into the floor and laughs awkwardly.
       "D-did you hear everything!?!" I said to her.
       "Yeah....even the damn smacking." She said, getting up and joining the group of friends. I cover my face and scream into my hands, burying my face in Amélie's chest. She rapped her arms around me and told the friends to mine their own business. They left and closed the door.
       "So..." she says.
I look up at her and wrap my arms around her waist. I do a little squee and got on my tippy toes, holding a kissy face. Amélie laughed and bent down, pecked me for a sec, and went to lay down.
       "Uugghhhh what a morning, Bébé....sleep?" She mumbled.
        "Yeah...." I responded, jumping into the bed and grabbed onto her.
        "Ugh! I love you!" I squeaked.
        "je t'aime aussi~" she said back.
