Hey guys, so this is my first story and I was inspired to start writing on wattpad because of one of my best friends Breanna. This story will be about a summer that will never be forgotten. Five boys and five girls are the main characters, but the focus will mostly be on one girl. Long summer days filled with spending time at beaches and at carnivals with late summer nights filled with enormous bonfires and fireworks will keep the reality of summer romance in the air. Feel free to leave any comments or suggestions! I hope you all like it!

Preface

As I looked up into his brown, teddy bear eyes I couldn't have been happier than in that moment that seemed to be frozen in time. I hadn't been truely happy and myself for longer than I could remember and finally things were starting to turn towards the better. I wanted nothing more than to stand there in his arms with my bare feet in the cool sand, feeling the safety of his body just inches from mine.

I knew this summer would be one I would truely never forget. I wanted these days to drag on until the end of time, but as the summer was coming closer and closer to an end I wondered how much would change when it was finally over. There had to be an end right? At least that's what I had learned over the past few years; that things weren't never ending. They had to end at some point.

I quickly pushed the thought out of my mind as I realized that right now in this moment, things were perfect and I shouldn't be worrying about what lay ahead. I should be focusing on what was going on in the minutes that were passing me by. I looked up slowly and made eye contact with him as he pulled me into his sweet-scented, muscled body. He whispered something in my ear, gazed into my eyes as I felt my cheeks grow scarlet, and bent down slightily to plant his soft lips on mine ever so gently. In that moment everything became clear. I was meant to be here, at this time, in this place, so i could finally understand what I had been waiting for.
