Arthur was walking around when he saw a little bunny, all alone. He walked up to it. "Hello," he said.

The bunny tilted its head up to stare at the boy, but it didn't run away, look scared, or attack. In fact, it almost looked like the animal was trying to greet the child back.

The Brit leaned forward and gently picked the creature up. "Hi, bunny. My name's Arthur. What's your name?" he asked it.

The rabbit, being a rabbit, didn't say anything back; Arthur, being Arthur, thought he heard the rabbit reply.

"Really? Wow, so we have the same name!" Wanting to know more about the bunny, Arthur continued to ask it questions. "Do you have a crush on any bunnies?" he asked.

Silence.

"Oh, that sounds cute, you should tell her that! And since you're a prince and she's a princess, I'm sure you two can get married and have lots of bunny babies!"

More silence.

"What? Oh... well, I guess I kind of like someone right now."

A bird chirped somewhere overhead.

"His name is Francis. He has long, girly hair and he also wears a pink dress and sometimes I think he's a girl but his name is Francis so that would be silly! He has really pretty blue eyes and I like his voice and he sings really good, too, but he talks kind of funny and also speaks another language and calls me things like amour and petit lapin and I don't know what they mean... but his other language is really pretty...

"I don't think he likes me back, though, because he's always off with other people and he laughs with them and he kisses their cheeks. He kisses my cheeks, too, but I still don't think he likes me. He's a couple years older than me so he teases me about that sometimes, but I don't care if he's a little older than me because I still like him a lot. I want to ask him to marry me but I don't know if I can and I want to make sure he'll say yes so I don't look like a dummy..." Arthur sighed. "I really really like him a lot..." he bit down gently on the bunny's ear.

"What was that?" came Francis' voice from behind.
