19 "Should I dance?"

Today is an important day.
After days of thinking about it, I have decided to make a move on Layla.

But how do I do that?

Ugh!

I ran my hand through my hair in frustration, even thinking about it makes me nervous!

Should I dance and sing a song to her?

Okay Leo use your imagination.

Possible Scenario #1

I'm doing the moon walk while singing 'Baby' by Justin Bieber.

Layla: Um... what is that weirdo doing? Who is he?

Leo: I like you Layla. Please go out on a date with me!'

Layla: (Slaps me.) Weirdo! Stay away from me!

And then the whole school laughs at me.

I shuddered in horror.

NO I CANNOT DO THAT!

Okay let's think of something else...

Should I buy her flowers and chocolates then ask her on a date.

Possible Scenario #2

I hand Layla Flowers and chocolates.

Leo: I think that you're really pretty and I like you a lot... will you go out on a date with me?

Layla: WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?

Leo: Did I do something wrong?

Layla: I'm allergic to flowers and I hate chocolate! I hate you Leo! (Slaps me really hard.)

I shuddered again.

I can't do that either! I don't think that girls are allergic to chocolate and flowers... but what if she is?! It's a terrible idea!

Honestly, I don't know what to do!

I ran my hand through my hair again.

Why is this so difficult!?

'What are you doing?'

I looked at Edward and groaned.

'I don't know what to do! How do I make a move on Layla? I've never asked a girl out before!'

He shook his head and then fixed his glasses and spoke.

'My mother told me that girls like charming men. So, I think that you should go up to her and then say hello, kiss her hand and then tell her that she's beautiful. Give her some time to get to know you and then ask her out. I don't have any experience with girls but that's what my mother taught me to do when I see a pretty girl.'
