❥Crush On Mr. Bad Boy❥
Chapter Seven
"You should get those braces of yours removed now", Natalie said looking at me, before closing her locker.
I chuckled, almost mockingly. "I don't have a dead wish", I said.
"She's not going to kill you", Natalie said rolling her eyes.
"She will", I said. "I call her a bitch for a reason."
"Just ask her?" Natalie said.
"She won't approve", I muttered more to myself then Natalie.
"Just as-
"She won't" I gritted.
"It's been more than four years since you've had your braces, your teeth are perfectly straight, so what's the point of having them on anyways?" Natalie argued.
I just walked away without saying a word.
She doesn't understand. My step mother would never allow me to remove my braces, even if she says yes, then Tori wouldn't let me remove my braces. It's not only one person who's an obstacle in my path.
They wouldn't ever want me to become anything more than a stupid ugly nerd at school. Nothing more.

My footsteps echoed the empty hallways of school. I hugged my binder to my chest, acting as if a ghost had just popped out of the corner and startled me.
I took a deep breath and turned around the corner that I've always been afraid of since the first day of school. Don't ask why!!
"Can you not for once get in trouble" a feminine voice said. I stopped dead in my path and peeked into the empty classroom.
But I guess it wasn't empty. Inside stood Aaron and a gorgeous lady with auburn hair, and brown eyes. The lady looked very similar to Aaron.
"Why do you even care" Aaron growled.
"I am your mother Aaron, of course I care" the lady signed.
"Well you don't act like one" he said rolling his eyes. "You say your my mother when you don't even have a fucking second for your son."
"Aaron" the lady said looking at the ground. "Life isn't so simple. It's complicated, how can someone have time for somebody else when they don't even have time to have a sip of water."
"I don't give a fuck about you" Aaron growled. The lady looked up at him sternly.
"Do not raise your voice at me" "Why can't you just be like those kids out there" his mother said waving her hand at the door. I quickly moved sideways so I wouldn't be seen at the doorway.
"Because I'm unique, and I surely don't want to be like those kids" Aaron said croakily. I smiled when he said that.
"Aaron, you are unbelievable" his mother said. "You're flunking every class, how do you expect to pass?" She asked.
"I don't want to" Aaron said.
"Aaron, life isn't a joke, what are you going to even do in life if you do not pass? If you do not get a degree?" The older woman asked her son.
I sighed and walked away. I hadn't gotten very far when I heard Aaron say this, making me stop dead in my tracks. "You don't need a fucking degree to love", he said.
I turned around and walked back.
"Love?" His mother asked. "Please do not tell me that you know what love means."
"I know what love means better than you" he snapped and walked out. I quickly leaned against the wall, my chest raising up and down. He walked right past me, without even noticing I was there. I breathed in relief as I watched him go.
A question rising in my head.
Who does Aaron Carter love?
