A/N: Sorry for the long wait. I’ve been really busy, so future updates will also be slow.  Also, sorry for any mistakes I made.

Recap~

And they got ready to go sleep on their new bed. They set an alarm for early tomorrow morning, so went to sleep.

3rd Person

The next morning, they hurried to get dressed, had two buttered toasts and headed out.

“We… made… it…” Haru said catching his breath from running, “You were almost late.”

“I know. If we had cooked today’s lunch yesterday, we would be here earlier. Well, see you after school.” Akira said as he got on the train. He turned around as the doors closed and waved bye.

Haru took a last glance at the train before heading out on his way.

It was easy getting to school from the station with his GPS. He figured out why it didn’t work last time. He had typed it in wrong. In America, the addresses were put in differently, so he had messed that up. He had arrived to school on time.

On the other hand, Akira got lost the moment he left the train station. The good thing was that there was a police station nearby. The police officer helped Akira get to school.

Akira’s Perspective

I thanked the officer when I got to the school and he headed back to the police station. Boy was I glad there was someone who helped me. I walked into the school and went to the office with some directions from a student.

After a little bit of walking, I declared myself lost. I completely lost track of where I was supposed to go. The halls of Edoka High School seemed smaller compared to the outside of the building and more like a maze. It was completely different from where I was taught in America.

Along the way in the hall, I found my savior. It was a brown-blonde-haired student. “Hey, can I ask a question?” I yelled at him.

The student turned. “What do you need?”

“I want to know where the headmaster’s office is. Can you lead me there?” I asked.

“Hmm, just follow me.” He replied. I followed him feeling relieved and embarrassed inside. As I followed him, I observed his actions and the environment around us.

After a few minutes, we reached a big wooden door. I was surprised, the schools in America don't have this dark brown wood for a door. A knock on the door brought back my attention.

“Come in,” someone said, which I assumed was the headmaster.

“Thank you, um…” I tried saying.

“Hakuba Saguru. You're welcome. I'll take my leave then.” He said and then left leaving me to deal with my current situation.

“Sorry for interrupting,” I said as I walked in.

~Time Skip~

After meeting with the headmaster, my homeroom teacher had walked me to class 3B, but I had to stay outside until the teacher had introduced me. It was completely different from America where no one really cares.

After a few minutes, I was finally called to walk in. I walked up to where the teacher was, wrote my name on the board, and turned to face the class.

"Hello, I'm Ikenami Akira and I transferred here from America. Nice to meet everyone." I said introducing myself as I looked around the classroom.

"Your seat will be the last one by the window." explained the teacher.
