Over the weekend I had unpacked everything, not feeling stressed at all. Miss. Wing had left me alone to unpack and get used to my room while she and the moving people helped her. Afterwards we still had things to move into the two guest rooms and guest office. The weekend had moved quickly, leaving me with nothing much in my bedroom besides my bed and empty suitcases. The only things I had really brought were my special things, like Zach's watch and my ring from my possible Mother. Anything other were clothes and a couple cat items for akira. I had hung fairy lights all around my room, the rainbow kind. I had a desk with a PC and chair in the corner, with all of the plants miss. Wing had found on sale. She asked me what kinds of things I liked and I responded with anything japanese. I have taken an interest into Japan and there culture, slowly trying to learn the language when I had access. After those three days of unloading, it was my day of school. The school miss. Wing had sign me into had required school uniforms, in witch I wasn't used to. The only other time I had been to a private school was in the third grade, my first year without Zach. I shook the thought out of my head to forget the past and just continue thinking positive.
Miss. Wing hadn't an extra car, but she had a bike for me. It was a oldie, mint colored with a little dark blue, it had a basket on the front to put whatever I needed in there.
"I'm sorry I don't have time to drive you to school, but a eventually ill get you a car to drive. " she smiled, trying to lighten the topic.
"I don't have a driver's licence so I think I'll be alright.. " I said, hopping onto the bike. " I'm still thankful that I have a way to get there" I smiled at her slightly "ill see u after my classes, "
"of course! I hope you have a great day! " she sounded bubbly. I peddled off to where I would soon find my new hell.
After a 10 minute ride on my bike, I started to see the school. It was about two story's, with a whole side of glass and big doors for an entrance. There where shaped bushes of Lions, in switched i guessed where the mascot for the school. I drove over to a bike area, locking my bike with the bike lock and grabbing my bag. I lazily laid it over my shoulder, the other strap hanging behind me.When I walked threw the glass doors, the school had opened up to be much larger then I thought. The office was to my left, so I went there first, signing in and getting my schedule. My first class was History, one of my least favorite classes. I had heard the history over and over, the classes never changing what I was learning about. They usually were either about Nazi Germany or the Revolutionary War. I thought to go to my locker first, thinking it was the best option.
On my way to my locker, I had looked around for Rey. I hadn't seem him yet, so I guessed he was a late kind of guy. I didn't want to assume so but the idea had rubbed off on me. I wasn't paying attention and bumped into someone, I looked up to see who I thought was Rey.
"Well well well what do we have here?" The boy said, looking down at me.
I looked closely at him, seeing this was N͟͟O͟͟T͟͟ Rey. He did share some looks like him though. He had the same hair style, except shorter bangs and more grown out hair on the sides. He had less freckles, and bright green eyes. He was wearing the boys uniforms, but his tie was looser. He was wearing tight skinny jeans and black converse with it.
"I-Im sorry I wasn't paying atten-" I said, being interrupted.
"No no, it's fine, if being touched by an angel is what happens so be it. " he winked at me.
My face felt hot all the sudden, and he smirked. "awe, someone's flustered... Say, your new are you not? I haven't seen anyone as beautiful as you around. I'm Alex, " he reached his hand out.
I flinched and stepped back, realizing he just wanted to shake hands. I reached my hand out, taking his. "M-My name is Amber... " I blushed, not being used to getting hit on. I would usually make a smart ass remark, but I wanted to stay cool for once. He turned my hand over, kissing the top of it.
"It's a pleasure meeting you Amber. " he smiled. "I'm guessing you need to find your classes, yes?" he asked."y-yea I mean, I am lost cause I just got here so... " I tried to smile back. "it would be helpful. "
"well of course it would be!" he sounded over dramatic. "what's your first class, strawberry?" he asked, grabbing my schedule from my other hand. "hmm.... History then English? That's funny, I have English with you and science, then you have foods... Math... Biology and German? We have those two also.... And your last class is art. Well we have four outta eight so that cool, are you doing any clubs?" he asks me, talking fast.
"i-i just was gonna focus on getting into honor roll for collage b-but I may join a club....? " I say questioning my self. I haven't been in a club cause they usually cost extra.
"well that's good! I mean, I already know im going to collage cause my mum will bribe my dad to but it's cool that your trying!!" he sounds exited, witch makes me anxious.
"c-can you just show me to my History class..? "
"oh! Of course... " he smiles nervously. He wraps his arm around mine, "lets go!!" he walks with me, blabbing on about collage. I look away, not focusing really on what he's saying anymore. I finally notice that Rey is near the wall, walking quickly. He looks over to where I am, and waves his hand at me, then takes a turn. I don't see him anymore, so I try to listen to Alex and his blabbing. While he talks, I hope for a good day..
