Chapter 4

"Owari point B."

"Sasuke point C."

"Sakura point D."

"Naruto point A."

"Naruto you're too slow." Said Kakashi. "Where are you to the target?" He asked.

"5 meters away." We all answered at the same time.

"The target is moving, move." Kakashi said. Kakashi then have the signal and Naruto caught the cat.

The cat being squished scratched Naruto face Sasuke took the cat in his arms and we headed back to the Hokage office.

The owner squished her cat as soon as the opportunity was given.

"You deserve it stupid cat."Naruto muttered.

"Your next mission will be...." honestly I zoned out thinking about how the others were at home.

I only zoned back in when I heard
"I'm Tazuna, a master bridge builder and you will protect me with your life while escorting me home and until the completion of my bridge."

I was high on alert, this mission was possibly C rank because they were allowing genin to do this, but protecting him with our lives from bandits makes no sense. So I just kept noting every suspicious movement.

"Team 7 we are leaving in an hour meet up at the gate." Said Kakashi.

I quickly went home.

"Guys I'm leaving for possibly one week, so all of you who don't want to hunt get in my bag." I announced to them.

I first put in my other pair of clothing and then I let my reptile enter my bag. Everyone went in my bag but Sleepers didn't fit, Flamboyant and smiles didn't like tight spaces so Sleepers would walk alongside me while flamboyant and smiles would stay on my shoulders the rest would rest peacefully in my spacious bag.

Then I hurriedly went to the gate.

"You are late Owari, how pathetic are you."commented Sakura.

I wanted to reply but I said nothing. I lived on the other side of Konoha which implied a good 50 km of running to get here, but it seemed that I wasn't the only one late Kakashi had just showed up.

"So who's the freak."Tazuna said pointing at me, I could here all of my companions say otherwise.

"Please refrain from using those words she is still a person."Kakashi defended me. It made an emotion I had only felt once swell inside me, happiness but it only reminded me of what my father said to me so I quickly interjected.

Kakashi POV

"Thank you for standing up for me but that is unecessary. A freak is basically all I am, though I have a name and if you would like to use it be my guest my name is..."  She was rudely cut off by Sakura.

"Her name is errant freak girl." She said proudly.

Owari said nothing to defend herself.

And we started our journey to the land of the waves.

As we walked Sakura asked her regular round of questions Owari and I both noticed he tensed at the mention of ninja. I thought nothing of it and I couldn't begin to think about what was going thru Owari mind. Iruka had done an IQ test to his whole class, Shikamaru Nara and Owari had the highest scores. Owari just below Shikamaru by a few points.

We continued on our journey. Owari slowed down and walked alongside me, then I felt something slither up my arm a green snake peeked it's head out of my house.
