Chapter 24

Hey there!

In the meantime it is a week later and time for the date of Adrien and Lila.

Marinette and Alya were chatting in their room "Alya, how are you and Nino doing?" Marinette asked her out of curiosity. "Well, it's going very well between us." "We should go double date, what about tonight?" "No tonight isn't a good time, Adrien has a date with Lila, he really can't miss it." Marinette smiled and looked at the ground. Alya looked at her weird and frowned her eyebrows.

"What is it, Alya? You look so weird?" Marinette asked her innocent and Alya shook her head. "Well, Adrien has a date with Lila, he's the crush of Lila, isn't it going well between you and Adrien?" Alya walked to Marinette and put her hand on her shoulder. Marinette laughed and Alya looked at her weird. "It's going perfect between us, Alya. Adrien and Lila just need their quality time." Marinette smiled warmly at her best friend and she smiled back. "Okey, if you say so, I think so too" She shrugged and sat back in her desk chair. "Thank you, Alya." Marinette smiled at her and she smiled back. "Everything for my best friend, right?" She chuckled and suddenly she heard a knock on their door. Alya looked up and walked to the door to open them. "That will be Adrien, he promised me to stop by." said Marinette, and she walked to the door.

"Hey Alya. Well hello there m'lady." Adrien smirked while he gave Alya a hug. Then he walked to Marinette and she gave him a kiss on the cheek. "Are you ready? Have you forgotten anything?" Marinette asked him while she rubbed his suit smoothly. He shook his head "Nope, I have not forgotten anything, I think." Marinette chuckled and she gave him a big hug. "You look handsome, Kitty." she whispered in his ear and grinned. "Stop it, you make me hungry, and you know for what." He smirked and Marinette started to laugh. "Calm there, tiger, first the date, the rest will come later." Alya chuckled and smiled at the two in front of her. Adrien went with his hand through his hair "Ugh I'm so nervous, I don't know why." Adrien said and Marinette wrapped her arms around his neck. "Adrien, it's okay to be nervous, but know that I'm always behind you." She smiled and pressed her lips to his, which made Adrien jump a little, but then he kissed back immediately.

Adrien wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her closer to him. He felt Marinette smiling between his kisses so he kissed her harder. She kissed him even harder and pushed him against the wall, with her hands now on both sides of his head.

They didn't notice, but Alya was out of the room long when Marinette kissed Adrien, just for some privacy. Adrien pulled out Marinette's top and Marinette just wanted to untie Adrien's tie until he stopped. "Mari, wait a bit." He smirked and did his tie right again. Marinette blushed and picked up her top from the ground, put it back on, and looked at Adrien, who tried to smooth his suit with his hands. "I need to control myself." Adrien said as he went through his hair with his hand and sighed. Marinette closed her eyes and smiled, then she grabbed his hands and he also closed his eyes. "Make it a nice date, Adrien." She opened her eyes again and gave him a quick kiss on his lips. He just wanted to kiss her back so he leaned forward but she stopped him with her finger on his lips, "Nah-ah-ah, you'll have to wait." She grinned and Adrien whimpered. "Okay then, promised?" He looked at her with hope and she nodded happily. "Promised, Adrien," Now go! You can't be late. " She pulled him out of the room and smiled at him, he smiled back and then disappeared.

As Adrien walked to the Grand Hotel he felt even more nervous, and he didn't know why.
He walked to the door and the same man from earlier stopped him.
"Welcome, may I ask you to explain me what pleasure the mayor will have to meet you?" The man asked and Adrien sighed.
"Good evening, I'm here for his daughter." Adrien fake smiled and the man nodded. "Of course, come inside." The man walked out of the way and Adrien entered the Hotel.

WITH MARI

Marinette was about to leave because she promised her parents to visit them today. "See you, Alya!" She said and took her jacket. She walked out the door and bumped into someone. It was Chloe, she looked horrible. She looked pale and had dark circles under her eyes. "Chloe, did you... Have you been crying?" Marinette asked her concerned and Chloe looked at her as if she just killed someone. "Why do you care?" She asked and looked annoyed at the bluenette. "Well, I don't k-..." but Chloe interrupted her "Whatever Marinette, tell me which restaurant Adrien and Lila their date have." She rambled and Marinette looked weird at her. "Why do you care?" She asked cautiously and Chloe rolled her eyes. "Because I care." She said short and Marinette shook her head. "No Chloe, I won't let you ruin the date. Just accept-..." But Chloe interrupted her again "I wanna apologise to them, for everything..." Chloe looked at the ground and Marinette looked with unbelief at her. Her jaw dropped "Wow, Chloe. That's cool of you." She took a deep breath "Okay... Promise me you won't do anything stupid." She said sternly and Chloe nodded "Okay, they're at the Mar De La Mar restaurant (idk).
"T-Thank you, Marinette." Chloe smiled at her and then disappeared.
"Wow.." Marinette thought to herself and then shrugged. Then she walked to the bakery.

WITH ADRIEN AND LILA

Adrien had Lilas hand because she was blindfolded. "Okay.. Almost. One more minute." He said and Lila smiled.
Then he walked in the restaurant and he did the blindfold off her eyes.
"You can open your eyes now." Adrien said and Lila opened her eyes. She smiled and yelled. "Oh my gosh I love this restaurant! My mom and I had our last meal here together before she moved to Italy. I was like 6 years old." She said and pulled Adrien in a big hug. He returned the hug and then they walked to a table. There was a table reserved under the name Agreste and they were gonna sit there.

WITH CHLOE

Chloe was running to the restaurant and hoped that Marinette didn't lie about their location.
She ran inside and a waiter stopped her.
"Hold on there. Where are you going, little lady?" The man asked Chloe and she rolled her eyes.
"Helloow? Me a little lady? As if. Don't you recognize me?" She asked annoyed and the waiter shook his head. "Whatever, I need to find someone." She scoffed and walked away from the waiter and started to search for Adrien and Lila.

Eventually she saw them sitting at a table talking happy and Chloe immediately felt bad. Deep inside she didn't wanna ruin their date. So she walked over to the table and the two looked weird at them.

WITH ADRIEN&LILA

"Chlo? Hey!" Adrien said enthusiast and Chloe smiled awkwardly back. "Eh... Hey, Adrien and Lila." She waved and awkwardly smiled at them. "No Adrikins?" Adrien chuckled and Lila started to laugh.
"Funny." Chloe thought and took a deep breath.
"I just wanted to say that... I'm sorry, for like... Everything." She began and Lila and Adrien looked close at her.
"Yes, Adrien, it was me who send Sabrina to you and Marinette on the day of your date. The thing is..." She stopped short and Adrien left his hand on her shoulder.

"IloveyousomuchthatImjealous..." She rambled and Lila smiled. "Chloe if you wanna talk with Adrien, I can leave." Lila said while standing up but Chloe stopped her "No, stay. I'm not even supposed to be here. I just wanted you to know this." She smiled soft and then left the table. She was happy the weight was off her shoulders now.
