MARINETTES POV

When I opened my eyes, the first thing I thought about was Adrien. "No time to lose." I thought in myself and jumped out of bed. I wanted to have found Adrien again before the lessons begin. So I ran quickly to the bathroom, there I combed my hair and brushed my teeth, then I quickly put on random clothes, I put on black converses and ran through the door. I had left a note for Alya where she got up that she could have breakfast without me.
I ran through the big gate outside the city. The first place where we walked in was the park where we had our date yesterday. But there was no sign of him in the park. Strange..."Where else can he be?" I asked myself and looked around me. Maybe, maybe at home! Aha!I ran to his house as quickly as I can. On the way I bumped into someone, I am so clumsy. The person stood up and gave me his hand. I looked up and immediately recognized those eyes that looked with warmth. I took my hand and she helped me straight, then she smiled at me. "Hello, again." The lady I met yesterday night smiled softly and I started to blush.

"I'm sorry, miss, it will not happen again." I looked at the floor and facepalmed mentally for stuttering in her face. The lady looked much better today than yesterday, her eyes glistened more and she had a big smile on her face. "That's okay, dear." She smiled at me, and suddenly I saw a familiar boy with blond hair walking our way. "Hey mom, I -... Marinette?" Adrien looked at me startled. "What do you mean," Marinette? "" Now I was a bit pissed at him, I was worried and he is now shocked that I am talking to a lady in the street here? "There ... Hehe, well Mari, this is my mother." said Adrien with the biggest smile on his face. "Oh my gosh ... You found her ?!" I screamed and I wanted to give him a big hug. "Well, actually, I came to visit my son."

"This is all so sudden, I know, but I want to explain it to you." Adrien said as he rubbed the back of his head. "Adrien, I think we should talk ... A real talk." I looked at him uncomfortably and Adrien looked at me questioningly. "What do you mean?" He looked at me as if he did not understand what I understand halfway, but still.

"Adrien, you can not just disappear, then break off the contact, and then pretend it's normal for you to see your girlfriend." Adrien, I was worried, I really thought you were dead. " I looked at the floor and I felt Adrien's mother and Adrien's eyes look at me.

I felt tears in my eyes and hid my face in my hands. "I was afraid I would lose you, Adrien, never do this to me again, you could at least answer my messages." I sobbed and Adrien's mother rubbed quietly over my back. "Princess, I know, sorry, but after the argument with Lila, I just wanted to be alone." explained Adrien, and I just felt more tears rolling down my cheeks. "Not even with me? You can't even tell your girlfriend you're safe? I understand if you think my presence is superfluous." I sobbed and looked at him as I rubbed my tears from my eyes. "Let's take a little break." I smiled softly at him, and at his mother, then I quickly ran away.

This is the right decision, I think. Ugh, I'm not ready for relationships like this.

"Marinette!" I heard Adrien walk behind me and call my name. Maybe ... Should I stop for a moment. I stopped walking and turned around, I saw Adrien walking behind me and smiled when he saw that I stopped. When he was with me he pushed me against a wall "Marinette, I love you, why can't you just understand that?" He looked deeply into my eyes and held me against the wall. "Adrien, I love you too, but I just can't handle these feelings." I looked at the ground and tried to control my tears. Adrien shook his head and put his fingers under my chin to make eye contact. I looked deep into his emerald green eyes as he leaned closer to me. I also leaned towards him until our lips touched ... It was an amazing feeling, his lips gently pressed on mine. After about 30 seconds Adrien stopped the kiss for air. I felt my cheeks dark red as he looked at me. "Marinette, this kiss -..." I interrupted him while I looked dreamily in his eyes "Was amazing." Adrien chuckled and looked at me for a moment with a blank expression. "Let's get you home." He smirked and then picked me up in his arms. "Adrien, what are you doing?" I giggled and he looked at me with the most charming smile I have ever seen. I could faint, he looked at me so charmingly, I rested my head in his chest as he started walking.

10 minutes later

"How do you know where I live, Adrien?" I asked him as he put me on the floor, in front of the bakery. "Contacts and stuff." He grinned and I shook my head, laughing, for his answer. "Good morning, mom and dad!" I said with a smile when I opened the door, but no one was there. "Hmm ... Probably they went shopping or something." I grunted, hoping to see my parents again. Adrien chuckled and looked around. "Is this where you lived?" He asked me and looked around. I nodded enthousiast and he chuckled. "It's lovely. Can I see your room?" He asked me and looked deep in my eyes, how can you say no to such eyes? "Er... Sure, follow me." I smiled and we both walked upstairs to my room. "Wow, it's... Pink." He said under his breath and I laughed at his reaction. "But I love it." He smiled at me and I smiled back at him.

"Adrien, we need to talk, for real now." I said while walking to my chair. "I'm really happy that you found your mother. But I just don't understand that you didn't want my company after the argument with Lila. I mean, I respect your decision, of course, but I actually just hoped that you at least told me where you were going. I thought you were coming back so I stayed at the picnic until it was dark." I said but I didn't say that it started to rain, because I didn't want him to feel bad. "Marinette. I'm sorry for that, let me make it up to you." He smiled at me and I smiled back. "How?" I smirked at him and he started to blush and rubbed the back of his neck. "I'm kidding. Your choices are always the best." I laughed and then walked over him to give him a kiss on his cheek.

"Mari, does this mean we're still together?" I startled from his question, oh shit. I totally forgot about that. "I would love to stay your girlfriend." I smiled at him and he smiled back. "Promise me you'll never leave me ever again." Adrien said and pulled me into his lap. I nodded and smiled, "If you promise me to apologize to Lila." I looked at him and his expression disappeared immediately. "You were pretty hars to her, and I think she isn't lying, Adrien." I said and he looked at me with a weird face. "But you don't understand, Chloe and I have been friends since kindergarten. It's hard for me to just blame my best friend." He explained and I almost choked. Best friend? How can you be best friends with such an evil whore? "Adrien, I understand, she means a lot to you. But still, if I were you I'd go talk to Lila. " I smiled at him and gave him a quick peck on the lips. "Okay, for you." He said and looked a bit annoyed but still cute. "No, no. Not for me, for Lila." I gave him a hug and he hugged me back. I honestly wanted to stay in this position forever, because with Adrien, I always felt safe.

So yeah, it's fixed between them. Adrien's mother is back and everyone is happy :)
