A Pirate's Rose- Henry Turner

Chapter 8

Carina, Henry and Jack were running through the tomb when they finally reach the trident.

"Look Jack, there it is." Carina pointed.

"The Trident." Jack said in awe.

"JACK!!" A familiar voice yelled. They all turned around to see Bella running towards them with her hair completely out of whack, her shirt ripped all over, and her eyes now a dark brown instead of blue. She had her sword raised and she attacked Jack. Jack tried not to harm his first mate, but it was kind of hard not to. She slashed and tried to kill him. He slashed his sword across her face, she stumbled back a bit, Jack feeling a little bad that he did that.

"You cut me, you cut the girl, Jack." A mix of Bella's voice and Salazar's voice came through. Jack finally knew what had happened and tried to do his best without harming his possessed first mate. Bella whipped around and knocked his sword out of his hand, a little scream escaping Jack. Carina kicked the trident with all her might and it finally knocked out falling to the floor. A spray of water hit Bella and caused her to fall to the floor. Bella then went after the trident as did Henry.

"Bella!" Henry called. She growled and continued to pull against it. The power of the Trident sent Henry flying backwards. Salazar, still possessed in Bella's body, began to separate from her. Her face started to change into Salazar's and finally, she split, falling to the floor, unconscious. Henry getting up and ran to her.

"Bella! Bella, please wake up! Bella!" Henry called, rubbing his thumb over her cheek. Carina ran over to her unconscious friend too.

"Bella, please wake up! He's killing Jack!" Carina yelled. She grabbed a fist full over water and started shaking Bella awake.

"Oh, piss off!" She yells to the ghost crew members in the water.

"Bella!" Henry shouted. Her eyes snapped open, slightly scaring the two.

"Power of the sea." She says.

"What?" Carina asks confused.

"The power of the sea." Bella repeats.

"To release the power of the sea, all must divide." Carina stated, remembering what she said.

"If the trident holds all the power, then..." Henry starts, following along with what she said.

"Then every curse is held inside." Bella finished.

"This is where the tale ends," She hears Salazar growl. She snaps her head to see Salazar stabbing the Trident into Jack's chest, pushing him back into a rock.

"No!" Bella yells. Jack then smiles, seeing that Carina's diary is a barrier between the trident and his chest.

"Divide." Bella says.

"Bella!" Jack shouts.

"Divide. Break. Break the trident and you'll break every curse at sea!" Bella and Carina finish together.

"Bella, now!" Henry yells. Bella grabs her sword and runs towards Salazar and Jack as a yell erupts from her, she slams her sword into trident, smashing it to pieces. Everything around them growing deathly still. Salazar wheezes and places his hand on the rock for support as Jack and Bella move out of the way. The ghost crew coughing up the water they swallowed and turning back into humans.

"All curses are broken!" Henry exclaimed. There happiness died down when the walls of waters started closing in around them. Realizing that they will drown. They caught sight of the Black Pearl and Barbossa on the anchor, being raised down to save them.

"The Pearl! My Pearl!" Jack says happily.

"Climb!" Carina shouts, all of them starting to move up the ladder. Bella climbed up after Henry, then Carina and Barbossa. Jack being at the top. Salazar then begin to climb in desperate hopes that he would be saved. Then out of nowhere, the anchor started to drop, having Bella's heart beating faster and faster. Then it stopped, Bella and Carina then falling off the chain. Barbossa could only save Carina while Bella screamed and plummeted down.

"Bella!" Everyone shouted. She jammed her sword into the chain and flung around. Salazar just smirked at the stuck red head raising his sword. He jammed it into her side, a loud scream erupting her. While she fought back the tears, she pushed herself off the anchor and stabbed Salazar in the back, whispering. "La rosa está muerta." The rose is dead. She met Henry's eyes with tears as her side began to soak her white blouse. It seemed as though Bella didn't make it, but she grabbed the anchor and accidentally smashed her head into it, knocking her unconscious, with her sword stuck in one of the circles of the chain and held onto it while Carina realized what Barbossa was to her. The wall of waters finally began to close in on them, swallowing them whole.
