Chapter 3: Barkada
Kim's POV
April 05, 2014, today is the day na magkikita na ulit kami ng barkada ko. Alas dose nga pala ang usapan namin na mag kikita kita, e anong oras na ba... I looked at the clock in my room, oh gawd 10am na pala I must get ready. I head in the washroom and took a 30 mins shower, after nun nag-ready na ako at natapos ako around 11:30am na pumunta ako sa intercom sa room ko tapos I told our maid to tell Kuya Lexter na magready na kasi aalis na kami. My friends and I are planning to have a group lunch at Resorts World. I miss hanging out with them. It's been so long since we were complete kasi most of them have left. We were all classmates back in grade school, yung iba nasa states or London and some are in the other part of the world but we all keep in touch with one another. Madami na din dumagdag and naglaho sa barkada namin pero up until now we are happy with each other's company. Although we are a big group we still have someone who can we call bestfriends, syempre iba yun sa group group mismo namin
Megan's POV
Oh! My very first point of view, ayy sus!! HAHA! Hi wonderful people, I'm Megan ... Megan Cruz ang bestfriend ni Kim since birth I meant simula nung may isip na kami. Ngayon na yung araw after 8 months na makikita na ulit ng barkada si Kim. Hindi naman siya ma-oop sa amin kasi we will accommodate her sobra na parang walang nag bago. Oh nasa Resorts World na nga pala ako at nandito na lahat except Kim and Jake. Speaking of nandito na din si Jake, ayun natatanaw ko na and buti na lang hindi niya isinama si Clarisse, awkward.
"Ay what's new, palagi naman late yang si Jake." says Daniel
"Oo nga naman, buti na lang hindi niya isinama si Clarisse." says Sam
"Hi guys! Is she here?" If you know Jake you know how excited he is to see Kim. His energy is rushing through his blood making him so high. Well I know this dude don't do drugs naman, "sorry na late ako nag-kita pa kasi kami ni Clarisse."
"Who cares about your girl!?!?!? Buti nga hindi mo dinala kundi pepektusan ka namin." Ang malasungit na sabi ni Bea. You can't blame Bea for being irratable. We were all affected to what happened to Kim and Jake. We want them together since we were in grade school but destiny itself stopped that to happen or shall I say yung Clarisse na yun sinira lahat ng gusto namin.
"Guys calm, tama na at least we're all here na." I know I have to stop them from arguing, although gusto ko din naman magsalita against sa relationship nung dalawa pero I want to show Kim how welcome she is now that she is planning to stay here for good.
"She's here." says Gerald and Josh as if they're on duet.
"Well its about time, I miss her." Yun na lang nasabi ko. Pero I miss her sobra, we grew up together, we actually used to live in the same subdivision but they moved after grade school then she moved again when we were in highschool tapos ngayon naman hindi na kami neighbour/
"Hi guys!" Habang papalapit siya sa amin, pasigaw siya nag greet sa amin. Grabe I miss her energy and positive vibe. "O-M-G I've missed you guys so much! So glad to see you guys again Meggyyy, Sam, Bee, Danieee, Kuya Ge, Jake, April and Josh."
Tapos sabay sabay naming sinabi, "Welcome back Kimmy!" Kahit nga si Jake nag-salita na din.
Lumapit ako kay Kim at bumulong ako sa kanya, as in whisper lang, "ok ka lang sa nakikita mo? Tapos tumingin sa akin ang lahat, ang sama pa ng tingin ng syota ko na si Gerald, well that was my cue to say, "I miss you bestfriend!!" with a big hug and big smile.
"Oo, ok na ok! I miss you bestfriend!!" she mouthed while looking at me then she gave everyone a quick hug.
"Yuck don't hug me and don't you dare call me Kuya." napaka-isip bata talaga ng boyfie ko.
