Kayaking

"No Richie, she's not hot!" I exclaimed in front of the mirror. Andy had suggested we start practicing our lines as we start filming next week.

"You're gonna do great Wy" Chosen said. I smiled "Thanks man, but I tend to forget my lines."

"Same." he laughed. "So, you and Sophia.." he smirked. I gave him a stern look.

"I met her a week ago dude, how can I like her?"

"Well when she left the room the other day you followed her.." 

"So?"

"What did you tell her?"

"Nothing, I forgot to say goodnight." I said feeling my face heat up.

"So you're telling me you have no feelings for Sophia Lillis."

"None at all." I said.

"Then you won't mind if I ask her out?" he asked.

I turned around to face Chosen who had a serious look plastered on his face.

"W-well y-you just met her Chosen." I stuttered out.

Yes I did like Sophia, but there was no way I was going to admit that to these guys.

"I-I think you should wait a while until you ask her out" I said.

Or until I get the balls to admit my feelings to her.

Jack and Finn burst into our room, "RISE AND SHINE BITCHES!" Jack screamed causing me and Chosen to laugh, "Where are Jeremy and Jaeden?" Chosen asked. "Eating breakfast." Finn replied. "Where's Sophia?" I asked. "You don't know where your girlfriend is?" Finn replied. I gave the guys an annoyed look and rolled my eyes. "I'm here!" Sophia burst in saying. I gave her a smile and she smiled back, which caused me to blush. I looked down at my feet and Chosen must have noticed because he gave me a weird smirk.

 "We're going kayaking today!" Sophia squealed and jumped on my bed. "I can't wait to see all your non-existing abs!" She laughed. "Hey! I got an 8 pack!" Jack protested. "Yeah an 8 pack of rolls!" Sophia shot back.

She was so beautiful I thought to myself. Wait, did I just think that?

Sophia pulled out her phone and read a text, "Ben says to change into swimsuits, and head to the lobby!" Sophia exclaimed.

She ran out of the room which made me smile.

I went into my suitcase and pulled out my only pair of swimming trunks. I went to the bathroom to change, I caught a glimpse of my beet red face in the mirror. "Nooo" I groaned. I hoped Sophia didn't notice. I pulled out my phone and looked at the groupchat. All of our names had changed as we had hung out more.

WYEEEEET: I protest these names.

VTeamCultLEader: AWH WY, ARE YOU UPSET WE ARE INSULTING YOUR GIRLFRIEND??

 I shut off my phone and smiled to myself, I honestly did want the rest of the guys to believe me and Sophia were kinda reserved for each other, even though it was super selfish.

I headed downstairs and met the others at the lobby. "Jeez Wyatt you're always so late." Finn remarked. "Sorry not sorry" I laughed

We all pilled into the van, me and Sophia sat in the back which caused the others to give us weird looks. 

Sophia and I continued our tradition of sending ugly snaps of ourselves to each other. "Oh my god, I can expose you Wyatt!" She laughed. "ohmigosh please don't!" I pleaded. Sophia had an evil smirk on her face. She snatched my phone out of my hands and went to the corner of the van. "SOPHIA DON'T YOU FUCKING DARE!" I screamed. I grabbed her shoulders attempting to pull her back. She grabbed my hand and pulled it back trapping me in a weird position. I saw her go onto Instagram and scroll through my photos. I escaped her grasp and grabbed her waist. 

"NO WYATT- NO-" She screamed. I grabbed her wrists and snatched my phone. We were full on wrestling at this point.

We eventually settled down and by now the entire group was staring at us giving us devilish smirks.

"SYATT!" Somebody screamed, causing me and Sophia to turn red. 

"I'll get you next time noodles." she smiled.

I didn't protest the name, it was cute coming from her.

We arrived at the river we were supposed to be kayaking down.

We climbed out of the van and met Ben.

"Ok today we're going kayaking, pick a partner since it's a two person kayak." he said.

Me and Sophia immediately looked at each other. I walked near her, "Partners?" I asked, she smiled and nodded.

"Ok Jaeden, you can go with Nicholas, he'll be playing Henry Bowers." Ben told him.

We grabbed paddles and found the best looking kayak. 

We got on the kayak and were pushed into the river by one of the workers. At first we were really bad at it but we both got into it eventually. 

As we were about to make a turn Sophia splashed me.

"I KNOW YOU DIDN'T JUST DO THAT!" I screamed.

"oops." She laughed.

As I was trying to lift up my paddle the kayak started wobbling. 

"WYATT!" Was the last thing I heard before we both fell in the water.

I went back up to the surface and immediately started looking for Sophia, "Soph?" I yelled.

I went underwater and started looking for her, I saw a figure floating by some rocks, I swam as fast as I could over to her and picked her up. I swam her over to shore, "Sophia are you ok?' I exclaimed.

She spit out some water and opened her eyes, "I-I'm f-fine" she said out of breath.

I smiled at her thanking god she was okay. "Are you guys ok?!" Finn yelled.

"Yeah, the kayak just flipped over!" I yelled back. 

"Do you want to get back on it?" I asked.

Sophia looked hesistant but she nodded.

I gave her a reassuring smile a extended my hand so she could get up.

She got up and hugged me, which caught me off guard, I was tense at first but hugged her back.

"Thanks Wyatt." She smiled. "For what?", "For being so sweet." She blushed.
