"I mean I gave her my number because she was cute, and I had completely given up on me and Sophia." 

"Well now she wants to go out with you, and you can't decline."

"Well, she's pretty and Sophia has said multiple times she doesn't like me." I groaned.

"To your face?" Chosen asked. I hesitated, "No, but it's obvious." I mumbled. "Where does she want to meet?" He asked. I pulled out my phone and read the text, "2 at Breadsticks" I replied. "What does she look like?" Chosen asked eagerly. "She's short, long blonde hair, she's actually really pretty." I gushed.

"Sophia or whatever her name is?" Chosen smirked. I gave him an annoyed look, "Well I know Sophia better, and she's my best friend. So obviously Sophia." I replied. Chosen grinned. "Well it's 1:50, you better get going." he said. "Shit." I exclaimed. I ran out the hotel room not noticing where I was running.

"Where you going Wy?" Sophia asked laughing. My heart dropped but I couldn't lie to her, "A date with that fan I met at the park." I said softly. Her face was taken back, "O-oh h-have fun." She stuttered. "Wait Soph-" She jogged down the hallway to her room making sure I didn't see her face.

I groaned, why would she do that if she's constantly telling the other boys we're just friends.

I shrugged it off and went down the elevator. I walked out the lobby and started heading towards town square. I walked into breadsticks and looked around for a familiar face.

"Wyatt!" A girl exclaimed. I smiled and walked towards the table. 

"Hi"

"Hi"

"I'm really sorry I'm bad at names."

"I'm Maya." She smiled.

"Oh" I smiled back.

"So are you having fun filming IT?" she asked. I nodded, she seemed really eager.

The conversation was pretty dull, though, she was pretty cool. We finished up eating and paid the bill.

"Do you maybe wanna go for a walk through the park?" she suggested. I looked at my watch, I had a good hour before I had to be back.

We walked through the park and we realized we shared a common interest in birds.

"This is really pretty." She commented. I smiled and nodded. Out of nowhere she grabbed my hands. "Maya-" I was cut off by her lips pressing against mine. 

It didn't feel like anything. No fireworks. My first kiss was nothing.

"I'm really sorry Maya, I don't see us as being anything but friends." I admitted.

"I saw it coming, the way you look at the other girl, you really like her." She sadly smiled.

"Thanks for being so understanding." I said pulling her into a hug.

"See you around Noodles." she said while walking off.

God dammit, I am in love with Sophia Lillis.
