"What's troubling you, Louis?" Anna asked Louis when she walked into the dinning room for breakfast.
"Nothing important, I assure you," Louis quickly dismissed her, standing up to pull his Aunt's chair out for her to sit in.
"Your feelings are always important, no matter how silly they may seem."
"True, but--"
"No butts, tell me what's on your mind," Anna cut him off, smiling at him lovingly once he took his seat once more.
Once again, Louis fell under the wrath of his Aunt. He could never escape her wise words and teachings, no matter how hard he tried to avoid them.
"Fine." Louis sighed then obliged, "I've been thinking a lot about my servant, Harry."
"In a non-servant kind of way?"
Louis paused for a moment. Was he thinking of Harry in a non-servant kind of way or just Harry in general? He definitely found himself thinking about Harry more than a normal Prince would of their servants.
"I don't know, I guess you could say that."
"Well why don't you ask the boy out? I've heard he's a nice lad," Anna suggested, pouring herself a cup of coffee and picking up a bagel with a napkin.
Ask him out?! Has she gone absolutely mad? I can't just ask him out, that would complicate things in more than one way. For one, i'd be putting Harry in danger. And another thing, he's a peasant! What would my family think of me for even consider dating one? I don't even want to think of it. Louis paniced.
"None of us would judge you, you know?" Anna assured her Nephew, "We just want you to be happy."
"I know," Louis lied. He knew Anna and Joseph would support him, but he's wasn't so sure about the rest of his family.
It was like she could read his mind, it had been that way since he was a toddler.
"I don't think you do."
"I do, I have other reasons for not asking him out!" Louis quipped.
"Humor me," Anna pushed, crossing her arms stubbornly.
Louis sighed once more, rolling his eyes and said, "I don't want to hurt Harry, you know I have poor control over my powers."
Anna rolled her eyes, taking a huge gulp of coffee. She then let out a ground shaking laugh, causing Louis and one of the servants around the dinning hall to jump.
"What's so funny, Anna?"
"Seriously, get over yourself. The only reason you can't control your powers is because you wallow in self pity all the time!"
"That's a bit harsh..." Louis trailed off.
"If you would get off your ass and find someone worth the change, like Harry, you could be so powerful. Maybe even more powerful than your mother," Anna took hold of Louis' hand, rubbing it soothingly.
Her words were harsh, but Louis knew that she only said them to get through to him. She would never intentionally hurt his feelings, they were just collateral damage to get him to do the right things in his life.
"I see where you're coming from I guess," Louis admitted.
"Let me put it this way, finding true love is your only chance at getting a grip on your powers, so don't let that amazing boy walk out of your life just because you're stubborn."
"You're right, as soon as I see him i'll ask him out!" Louis suddenly gained courage, standing up quickly and running out of the dinning room yelling a faint 'thank you' behind him.
Anna laughed, taking a bite of her bagel.
"What's so funny, mom?" Joseph asked, walking in with Gemma.
"Louis' going to do it, he's going to ask Harry out!" Anna cheered.
"Harry? As in my brother, Harry?" Gemma piped up, confusion written all over her delicate face.
"Yes," Joseph chuckled at her facial expressions.
"You knew about this?"
"Of course, Louis is my cousin and my best friend!"
"You two have been scheming to set them up, haven't you?"
"Yes," Anna and Joseph answered in sync, trying desperately to keep in their laughter but failing miserably.
Gemma shook her head with a giggle, reminding herself to talk to Harry later about Louis and see if Louis went through with it after all. And then, probably freak out over the fact that a Prince fancy's him.

Harry was by the fountain in front of the castle when Louis came strutting by. However, instead of walking past him like usual, Louis came right towards him. The servants around him vanished in an instant, leaving the two alone.
"What can I do for you, Louis?" Harry asked, moving some hair from his forehead.
Since Joseph had come back into town, Harry and Louis were on a first name basis. It was a simple thing for normal people, but for Louis and Harry it was a huge step in the right direction.
"I'd like to take you out this evening for dinner, if that's alright with you?" Louis said, forcing the words out as confidently as he could manage.
"Of course, that would be lovely."
"Great, i'll see you soon!"
"Yes, in about 15 minutes when duty calls," Harry chuckled, noticing Louis' cheeks turning a bright shade of pink. Harry is due to work at 8 O' Clock, it's 7:45 now.
"Right, I knew that! Take your time, love."
Harry nodded and Louis scurried away as quickly as possible without falling on his ass. It didn't work, however, because Louis took 2 steps and lost his footing. Harry looked away, struggling to keep his laughter in. Louis got up, trying to play off his tumble, and went on his merry way once more.
God he's adorable, and tonight I get to spend an evening with him that doesn't require me to work! Is this a dream? Harry gushed, seeing Gemma waving from the dinning room and running off to tell her every detail.
