If states were actually personified in hetalia, it would probably look something like this.
Left to right.
Illinois: A cardinals fan.
S.Indiana:(Split up because of a huge influence of Southern culture because of close proximity to Kentucky and German settlers, hilly terrain, and lots of corn fields) Mennonite, huge I.U. fan, and loves basketball.
N. Indiana:(E.European, Dutch and German settlers, big cities, Indy 500, Flat terrain, polish Americans and Meth heads.)
Kentucky: Well he's holding bourbon and a banjo. Has the best KFC in the US.
But since states are usually a body part in canon, this would probably never happen.
