Background: Etsuko is just a simple, highschool boy who hates his body so much. He was born being asthmatic and had a heart disease at a very young age, thus, he cannot join any physical activity. For his education, he only had home study til he insisted that he wanted to go to high school. And, there he was. Finally enrolled to a school, though he didn't really attend normal classes. Together with his classmate and his first love, Hanaka, they get lessons from their teacher, Kisara-sensei.
