~the next day, binch~

I knocked on his window, while clinging to the frame, afraid to fall.

"What the actual fuck, Soonyoung. You could fall! How'd you even get to my window? It's two stories up!" Jihoon yelled while pulling me inside his room. I looked around the familiar area before looking at Jihoon.

"Long story, Hoon. I was just really excited to see you today, so I thought we could meet here...in your bedroom..."

"You're such a goofball. Wait here a second, I still need to brush my teeth." Jihoon walked off to his bathroom, leaving me alone in his room.

I glanced around, taking it in. His room has changed so much, yet also stayed the same. Jihoon always acts really tough, but his room says otherwise about him. He always made his bed, and keeps a bunch of little stuffed animals from when he was younger sitting on it. He also strung lights on the walls and has star stickers on his ceiling so he can stare at "stars" before he goes to sleep. His walls are a light shade of gray to keep his room neutral, in case he wanted to switch any colors around.

Jihoon suddenly sat beside me, snapping out of my thoughts. His pink hair was slightly poofy, since he didn't bother fixing it properly, and he was wearing a sweater that looked like it was mine.

"Hoon, is that mine?" I asked, laughing while pointing at the sweater.

He blushed. "You left it here a while ago when you visited, and I meant to give it back, but I forgot. I thought it was a little larger than usual. Sorry," he said.

"No, it's fine. It looks kind of cute on you anyways. Let's go?" I stood up, grabbed Jihoon's hand, helping him up too.

"Yeah. I'll show you the best way out of here without bringing any attention to ourselves." He then quietly led me out of his room, down the hall, and turned a few corners, making sure we avoided everybody.

We eventually made our way out, and started our walk down the quiet streets of the royal city, since it was still only five in the morning.

We continued to travel, while I held Jihoon's hand. I said I didn't want to lose him, but really, I just enjoyed holding his hand. He showed the way, until we made it to the secret location that he wanted me to spend my birthday at. He took me to a beach.

"Jihoon...thank you!" I started jumping in excitement.

Jihoon blushed. "I remember you telling me you never got to go to the beach since your father was always so busy, so I thought I would take you instead."

"Hoonie, that's so sweet of you! You're so cute!"

"Call me cute again and this will become your burial ground."

Point taken.

We spent the entire day having fun at the beach. Jihoon brought a basket with extra clothes and purposely bought big swim trunks so I'd have something to wear too.

Soon, we were sitting by the water, watching the sun set. I know it's cliche, but Jihoon looked more beautiful than any other sunset. His hair was wet and clinging to his forehead, and he put on a dry shirt, but still had his swimming trunks on.
