"yes, mum." I roll my eyes even though she can't see me. My mother is trying to get me plans to go back to London.

I want the wedding to be as soon as possible, Lily. She says.

"mum... ugh fine. but I'm not coming tomorrow morning, give me a week."

"that's fine, love. See you soon! love ya!"

"bye mum." I murmur. wanting the end the call asap.

By the time I hangup I see that I got messages from Ethan, and Grayson.

Ethan: care to join Grayson and I for Lunch?

then Grayson's.

Grayson: yo, l! Ethan and me are going to get some burgers at the diner. Love to have you join us!

I messaged the both of them saying sure. I'll probably just have some grapes. No big deal, right?

-diner-

"hey, l!" Grayson tells towards me, giving a hand motion to go to him.

By the time I get there, I notice that they already have their water and appetizer.

"erm, hey." I whisper. "sorry I'm late" I look around the place and only see a few people here. Some couples, some families, big, small. I sigh, and sit down.

"it's alright, anything happened?" Ethan, asked in a small tone.

"erm, yeah, I guess. I have to go back to London." I say looking at the plate of food. slowly pushing it away as I lose my appetite.

"what? How come? you got here, like... last month? if I'm correct..." Grayson says, but the last part to himself.

The 3 friends - or thats what the twins call them - get into a silence. Not a comfortable silence, Lily, hasn't been comfortable in 2 years. It's as so Jacob, J-dog, J, as others called him, brought comfort to her life and made her alive.

It is until Lily decides to speak up, "my mum," lily pauses, taking a deep breath, "-my mum.. is -uh, getting married."

Ethan grins, "really? that's great-" but that is until Lily cuts him off, harshly I may add.

"it is not! she's remarrying the thing I used to call my father!" Lily takes a deep breath trying to control her anger. her bi-polar issues gotten worse over the years. "He's the reason I'm me. All the shit that happened caused me to be who I am" Lily says in a much calmer voice. One thing she knows and is aware of is, she needs to control.

"I'm not doing this now." Lily mutters. As she gets up and heads to the door the turns and says,

"I'm leaving next week."

how's the 3rd person? I feel okay with it...
