Lithuania hurried through the halls of Russia's house, down to the small study. He constantly checked behind his shoulders; Russia could (and would) jump him at any time. Lithuania's shaking hands gripped the game, slenderman, tightly, as he quietly shut the door to the study and sat in the chair. Latvia had mentioned this game; so had Russia. It had interested the Lithuanian man, and he was compelled to play, whether it looked terrifying or not.

He slid on the headphones, and instantly recognized the demonic, horrifying drumbeat. Russia hummed little tunes quite like this. Lithuania shivered, then whispered to himself to man up. He clicked play, and found himself in a forest. He barreled straight through the trees, and nearly jumped a mile. He took off the headphones. There was a scary sound.

"Calm down...it's just the heartbeat of the character...," Lithuania whispered to himself, then set the headphones on the desk, *pretending* to forget to put them on. He kept walking, and eventually got to a crash site of vehicles. He took a look around, and decided there was nothing of interest. Lithuania left the site, unknowing of the page that lurked on a jackknifed flatbed.

Once away from the site, the Lithuanian man discovered a bit of static on his screen. He wiped at it with his thumb, then dismissed it, assuming it was a monitor malfunction. The music had picked up since he'd left the crash site, but he had dismissed that too. He could hear the sounds from the headphones sitting beside him. Lithuania hated how scared he was of everything, but when you lived with Russia, you had to be more than wary of all the things lurking behind the dark corners. Years of living with Russia had taught him (and Latvia, and Estonia) that nothing was safe and even the most happy, childish things were to be feared.

While lost in thought, Lithuania hadn't noticed that he was walking into the wall of a building. He peered in the doorway inside, and nearly choked on his breath. It was terrifying; blood splattered everywhere, dirt and grime streaked the walls along with blood and organs, messages like RUN AWAY NOW or YOU'RE DOOMED written along the walls in some substance that Lithuania couldn't quite place. The tiny circle of illumination from the flashlight didn't quite help the eerie scene either. He shut his eyes, pressed the forward key, and ran into the building.

He instantly regretted it. The doorway behind him was gone; just trashy tile wall where he'd walked in. He began to shake, and the keyboard shook with him. H steadied himself, and continued walking. He weaved about the winding, twisted, utterly confusing halls, until he found a page. He clicked it, and the music boomed. Lithuania screeched, then covered his mouth. Checking around the room, he quickly resumed his position at the keyboard and kept wandering around the halls. All of a sudden, the door behind him flung open, masking the sound of the music booming again.

Russia's towering figure stood in the doorway, and slenderman's towering figure stood at the end of the hall.

Lithuania burst into tears.

Russia walked toward him. Slendy walked toward his character.

Russia grinned a hollow, humorless, terrifying grin. Slenderman's faceless head loomed in the darkness, his white face glowing to the point where it was almost as terrifying as Russia himself.

Lithuania saw the resemblance; he regretted ever turning this game on as he pressed against a wall. Russia picked him up by the collar. "This game seems to have captivated you and Latvia, da?" He said, a dangerously sweet tone creeping into his voice. Lithuania nodded shakily. Russia just set Lithuania down, smiled, and trudged out of the room.

Lithuania peeked at the screen, and saw slenderman's faceless head hovering above his character. Then, Lithuania screamed and ran from the monitor, straight into a doorframe.
