Shirley and Sylvia carefully made their way through the upper hallways of Marko's HQ building, silently avoiding patrols and any traps that could set off an alarm. In some instances, they had to silently take down patrols in order to advance with their mission.
"I hate these one way corridors," Sylvia said.
"Guess sometimes you'd have to kill to survive," Shirley replied.
Sylvia only sighed at her response as she continued alongside Shirley. They sought out directions from the Golden Defense Insignia's field ops team, who had previously hacked into the floor plan of the building. Their directions led Sylvia and Shirley to the control room, which they made sure to lock the entrance tightly upon entering.
"Alright Sylvia, tap into the console. We need to get a proper view of this building's floor plans," Shirley told Sylvia.
"On it," Sylvia said as she began working the console in the main seat, which she was then met with a login screen. "Um... Shirley, we've got a problem."
"Mavis, do you have an ID?" Shirley asked on the radio as she dug through the files on a nearby shelf.
"Gimme a moment, Shirley. I'm looking into it," Mavis replied over the radio.
"Who's Mavis?" Sylvia asked.
"One of my old friends. Didn't think she'd be working for Bryan's field ops team," Shirley replied.
"What a small world, ain't it?" Sylvia remarked.
"Shirley," Mavis chimed in.
"I hear you Mavis. What've you got?" Shirley asked.
"Admin Zero-Zero-One. No password," Mavis said.
"Entering now," Sylvia said and entered the information as given.
The login screen disappeared and the virtual wall projected all the categories of files that held every inch-perfect detail on the HQ building. Sylvia herself was taken aback at the technological prowess of Marko's HQ building, but found it ironic that the Golden Defense Insignia had the military firepower over the Silver Wolves.
What a coward... Deploying a whole ton of cannon fodder while he's holed up in a well-protected structure... Sylvia thought to herself.
"Sylvia, look for the floor plans folder," Shirley said as she glanced through some hard-copy schematics.
Sylvia used the admin console like any other laptop to locate the floor plans of Marko's HQ. After some searching, she eventually found it. Upon opening the folder, she saw the detailed layout of every single floor in the structure - from the ground floor right up to the rooftop, totaling to 35 floors.
"Why would he need one hell of a skyscraper?" Sylvia said to herself.
Shirley then came over after snapping some photos of the schematics she was going through. Shirley herself was taken aback at what she saw on the virtual screen.
"The plans even state what rooms are there on the different floors. What precision," Shirley remarked.
"Oh, Shirley. Here. Marko's Chambers. 18th floor," Sylvia said as she found Marko's chambers on the floor plans.
"Zoom in," Shirley replied.
Sylvia used the console to select the 18th Floor's plans, which then panned itself out so that Sylvia and Shirley could see the overall plan. Sylvia searched for the term 'Marko' and a red section in the floor plan glowed, marking where Marko's chambers were. On the side of the floor map, they could see the details of the room, showing room number and personnel capacity.
