Pov (F/N)

Ozpin: "Jeanne Arc, Nora Valkryie, Pyrrha Nikos, Lie Rin you have received the white rook piece. You will be known as Team JNPR lead by Jeanne Arc." Jeanne seemed surprised at her new leadership role. They exit the stage and another group gets appears. "Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna, Yang Xiao Long you have retrieved the white knight piece. You will be known as Team Rwby lead by Ruby Rose." Yang is excited at the news can't blame her so am I.

Ozpin: "Now can our last remaining student get up here." I stand up and begin to walk on stage. "Under normal circumstances you wouldn't be placed in Beacon but due to your 'achievements' it would be wrong of me to turn away someone with your talent. You will be the first one man team Welcome to Beacon (F/N) Xiao Long."

Pov Weiss

"Hold on did I hear him right? Yang is he related to yo-" I turned to see both Yang in shock and Ruby slightly in tears.

Ruby: "It can't be, he's alive." At this moment the guy got off stage and began to walk away. Ruby and Yang both got up and followed him out. Blake and I decided to stay behind and ask about it later.

Pov (F/N)

I was walking away from the crowd since I don't wanna cause a scene. I know my sisters will find me soon and ask me questions. Then I heard Ruby call my name.

Ruby: "(F/N) is it really you?" I turn around removing my hat and lowering my scarf.

"Yeah sis it's me." I didn't have time to react as a gust of rose petals hit me and I'm on the floor with Ruby hugging me to death.

Ruby: "Big brother I missed you." I pat her head as I can feel her crying slightly. I get up Ruby still clinging to me.

"Yeah I missed you t-" I felt a fist collide with the top of my head. "Ow what was that for Yang?"

Yang: "Where the hell have you been?! We were worried about you." I look at her my smile slightly disappears.

"I'll tell you guys that in a more private location." She seemed slightly unsatisfied but seeing my serious look she accepted. I then see her give me a hug as well.

Yang: "Glad your safe bro." I hug her back.

"Yeah me too. Now I need to speak with Ozpin in his office about where I'm sleeping." Yang let's go Ruby however still clings to me. "Uh Ruby I need to go." She shakes her head and just holds on. "Ruby I'll buy you cookies if you let me go." She complies.

Ruby: "Promise you will be back." I pat her head one last time.

"Of course kiddo." I turn and make my way to Ozpin's office.

Timeskip Ozpin's office

I exit the elevator and see Ozpin sitting in wait. He's fast. He gets up and walks towards me.

Ozpin: "For your room usually you'd be given your own but due to your condition it be best if you roomed with Team Rwby." I was surprised at this.

"Really professor why?" I asked

Ozpin: "Well 3 reasons; 1 you are already acquainted with 2 of them, 2 I'm sure your sisters would love to ask you questions, and lastly remember what happened at the bullhead."

"How can I forget that was the best sleep I had in years."

Flashback

After I told everyone I can't remember when these night terrors began everyone fell silent. Winter then spoke.

Winter: "My sister went through that sometimes. Here lay your head on my lap it usually worked for her." I just stared at her.

"Uh why?" I asked questioning her reasons.

Winter: "I have younger siblings and seeing you in this state bring out the older sister in me. So let's try and see if you can actually sleep." I comply and lay my head on her lap. Usually I'd feel slightly awkward but another feeling came in.

It reminds me of her. She would usually do this to calm me down. I feel safe again. I sleep peacefully for the first time in years.

Current time.

"Alright I guess you have a point." I am defeated in this conversation.

Ozpin: "Good now move along I'm sure you have a lot of explaining to do with them." I exit the office and make my way to Rwby's room.

I knock on the door I have a key to the room but I have seen enough anime to know what happens when you barge in a room full of girls. Blake opens the door and immediately shuts it.

Blake: "Guys your brother is here." I then hear scrambling around. Yep good thing I didn't barge in. Blake opens the door again. "Sorry about that we were in the middle of changing. Wait why are you here?"

"This is my room as well now." Weiss speaks.

Weiss: "Hold up why? We already have 4 members why can't you sleep in your own room?"

"Excellent question, simple answer I have night terrors and Ozpin thinks being in the same room as my sisters will prevent them from occuring." At this point Yang tries to tease me.

Yang: "Wow still afraid of the dark you haven't changed have you." All the girls were slightly laughing at this. Well I'm gonna be a dick for saying this but.

"You tend to not sleep well when you have been tortured for 5 years." Everyone fell silent.

Ruby: "What?" I just sit on the floor with my back leaning to the wall.

"You both wonder why I didn't come home. It's because I couldn't. To this day every time I try to sleep I dream of what happened to me to the point where I feel it all over again." I look at them Blake and Weiss have a look of shock, Ruby has a look of horror and Yang looks pissed.

Yang: "Who tortured you? I'll make them pay." I grin slightly.

"Don't worry about that I already beat you to it." Shit looks like no one noticed me grin. "Well I need sleep been a long day and I didn't sleep last night. So there are only 4 beds who am I sleeping with?" Everyone looks at eachother.

The girls all seemed to want me to sleep with them. Blake mentioned that she didn't mind sharing her bed. Weiss said that if she had to she'd allow me to sleep with her. Yang mentioned how she needs to protect her younger brother. Ruby gave me the eyes.

Yang: "Ruby stop that." Seems Yang noticed her actions.

Ruby: "What?" She says trying to act innocent.

Yang: "Your giving him the look that he never could say no to."

Ruby: "Is it wrong for me to want to spend time with my brother like we used to."

"She has a point." I speak up. "Guess I'll be your pillow for the night." I try to exit the room.

Blake: "Where are you going?"

"Do you want me to change here?" I leave the room to get changed and slept with Ruby for the night. Another calm night.
