The Third Player (Rwby X Tortured Reader)

Welcome Back

I woke up in a familiar velvet room.

???: "Welcome back (F/N) how did the reunion go?" I turn to see him again. Yep gonna have to name him.

"It went well. Haven't had night terrors for the last 2 rests." I take a seat at the usual table.

???: "I brought you back to answer questions that you have as promised." Now I ask a very important question.

"Seriously do you have a name."

???: "Not really no."

"Noone gave you a name."

???: "Not unless you count pronouns as a name. Would you like to give me one?" I think for a moment.

"I'm bad at this. Let's see how about Prime?" He looks at me with a smile

???: "Really like the Transformer?"

"The what?"

Prime: "Nevermind it beats a pronoun at least so sure let's go with that. Anything else?"

"Yes you said another two came before me who were they?"

Prime: "Well you met one but if I tell that ruin the surprise. The other you should stay away from. I gave them power hoping that they will use it to protect this world from my enemy."

"What happened?" I asked curious at this information.

Prime: "Well the first made a decision that he came to regret later and the second was swayed by my enemy to aid him." He seemed depressed.

"So in the third and I am to try and help the first fix his mistake and stop the second?"

Prime: "That is my hope wether you do it or not is up to you."

"Who is this enemy of yours?"

Prime: "He is known as the Void. He resides in the space between the universes. He is many while I am one. He thrives of the misery of others. Originally he wanted to destroy the multiverse but he realised if he did he would be bored so instead he wants them to suffer."

"How does he prevent you from interacting with mortals."

Prime: "He resides in the space between universes."

"But your speaking to me now."

Prime: "You have already been here so getting you back isn't hard."

"Is there a way to kill him?"

Prime: "That's not a good idea. We both can't exist without the other and the multiverse can't exist without us. You kill one you destroy everything. He also likes living so that's another reason why he stopped trying to destroy the multiverse."

"So this is a never ending war huh?"

Prime: "Yep pretty much. I believe that's all the time we have now time works differently here so we'll talk later." I nod feeling myself begin to wake up.

"So long Prime and thanks for this second chance." I awaken and see that no one else is up. Ruby is laying on my chest still in deep sleep.

Pov Ozpin

I am in a room that I have not seen in a long time.

Prime: "Ozpin welcome back." I turn to see a familiar old man.

Ozpin: "It's been a while but why summon me here after all this time."

Prime: "I came to tell you that a third player (Roll credits *ding*) has arrived."

Ozpin: "Another why I failed and Salem betrayed you."

Prime: "I know but I'm not giving up. I don't like seeing everything my children made suffer."

Ozpin: "I was punished by your children remember."

Prime: "And it was all my fault for giving the wrong person power." I see that he seems to regret his choice of the second deeply

Ozpin: "So who is this third player?"

Prime: "(F/N) Xiao Long."
