I wonder why Luke seemed so sad... Or maybe it was mad? Or both? I have no idea. I don't know what I did wrong, if he is still mad that I moved it wasn't my fault, it was my parents. I wish he would have talked to me, we were best friends why would he blow me off like that? And what happened to him? I never thought he would have so many tattoos, maybe a couple but not that many. I always knew he wanted a lip piercing though.

Not really paying attention to where I am going, I end up at the park. I walk over to the swings and sit on one, I swing back and forth. Luke and I used to come here a lot when we were younger. I once was on top of the slide and due to my clumsiness, I fell backwards. Luke happened to be at the bottom of the ladder and I landed on top of him which resulted in me getting the wind knocked out of me and him breaking his arm. I felt really bad but he didn't mind because he was glad that I wasn't the one who had got hurt. Luke had always been protective and caring but he didn't seem to be like that anymore.

Calum's POV

I've been walking around for the past hour now trying to clear my mind. I'm walking past an old park that is pretty much abandoned besides for one girl. The girl had bright red hair, you could tell it was dyed but she pulled it off. She's wearing black skinny jeans and a Green Day band tee. I haven't even said a word to her but I can tell me and her will get along just fine. I decide to walk over and sit on the swing next to her. She doesn't notice me so I decide to say something, "Hello, love." My voice startles her and she falls backwards off the swing.

"Ow," She groans, I chuckle at her and get off the swing, holding my hand out to help her up. "Fuck man, thanks for scaring the shit out of me," she says sarcastically, grabbing onto my hand. I pull her up.

"You're welcome, babe." I wink at her with my signature smirk on my face. Now that she is standing up I can tell that she is really short compared to me, around the height of Gracie. Shit, I'm trying to get my mind off her not compare a girl I just met to her.

"Don't try to flirt with me. I mean, you're hot but I'm not interested."

"Don't worry, I have my eyes on someone. And thanks, you're not so bad yourself."

"Am I not worthy of being called hot? I just complimented you and all I get back is "you're not so bad yourself" that's not very nice," she jokes, putting her hand to her heart and faking hurt.

Grinning, I say, "Nah, you are definitely worthy of it but I don't like calling girls hot, I think they deserve a little more respect than that. Girls being called hot seems a little downgrading."

"That's really sweet, erm... I don't know your name."

"Calum, Calum Hood."

"Very James Bond, Hood."

"I try. What's your name?"

"That's for me to know and you to find out."

"Hmm, well I will just call you Little Red because you have red hair and your so damn short."

"There are some upsides to being short."

"DALLAS!" A voice that I recognize calls but wait who's Dallas? I look around trying to find where the voice came from as Little Red does the same. I soon find the person, it's Holland. Holland is Gracie's best friend. I like to call her Holly just to annoy her because she hates being called that. "Oh hey, Calum!" Holland says as she approaches us. She immediately hugs the red haired girl, oh so her name must be Dallas!

"Hey Holland," both Dallas and I say together.

"I missed you so much, I haven't seen you since your dad flew me and Gracie to England during break!" Holland practically yells.

"I know, I missed you too!" Dallas grins at Holland.

"Wait, what are you doing back?" Holland asks, taking her brown hair out of her ponytail and putting it up again.

"Well, we moved back!"

"Why didn't you tell me!?"

Before Dallas could answer Holland, I spoke up, "Can one of you two please explain to me what is going on?

"Long story but to shorten it up, I used to live here and was best friends with Holland, Gracie, and this boy named Luke. And after 5 years of living in England I moved back!"

And that's when it hit me, this was Luke's Dallas, the one he was in love with and still is even though they haven't spoken in 5 years. Luke, Michael, Ashton and I have been friends for years but apparently Luke had been friends with Holland and Gracie longer and he introduced us all.

"Luke. Fuck. Luke is going to flip!" I shout. Dallas looks confused, "wait, have you seen Luke yet?"

"Yeah? He was being a douche. Wait you know Luke?"

"Shit! I have to go!"

"Why?"

"To see Luke." Holland was also confused, no one besides the guys know about how Luke is completely lovesick about Dallas. "Sorry! I'll see you around, I guess. Holland, can you give her my number?"

Holland nods her head, still confused. I run off towards Luke's house before anything else can happen.
