It only took a couple minutes for Luke to come running out of his house in a band tee and surprisingly, basketball shorts and no shoes. "C'mon!" Luke yells, running to the treehouse. He seems eager to get to the treehouse so I decide to be annoying and walk slowly. Luke turns around and sees how slowly I'm walking. He runs back to me and grabs my arm, forcing me to run with him to the treehouse. I really hate anything that has to do with movement so running isn't exactly my favorite thing, actually it's basically the thing I hate most. We climbed up the ladder and into the treehouse. It was big for a treehouse but Luke's so damn tall he makes it look small.
"Do you still come here?" I ask Luke, laying down on the air-mattress that was on the floor. Luke and I used to sleep in here when we were younger because we would always be too tired to actually go back to our houses, our parents were fine with it because they knew where we were.
"Yeah, all the time." Luke lays down next to me, we both are on our sides facing each other. "I missed you, a lot and I'm sorry about earlier."
"I missed you too and it's fine." The problem with Luke and I is that we both are so damn awkward but somehow we can find some things to talk about.
I stand up and Luke looks up at me with a confused expression on his face, I reach my hand out to him and he grabs it. I pull him up and start jumping on the air mattress, I know there's a possibility of it popping or something like that but I don't really care. Luke rolls his eyes at my actions but starts jumping anyways. I take my phone out of my pocket and put it on shuffle, still jumping. We both know the song, because who doesn't? We sing, more like yell, the lyrics.
All the small things
True care, truth brings
I'll take one lift
Your ride best trip
Always I know
You'll be at my show
Watching, waiting, commiserating
Say it ain't so,
I will not go,
Turn the lights off,
Carry me home
Na, na...
Late night, come home
Work sucks, I know
She left me roses by the stairs,
Surprises, let me know she cares
Say it ain't so,
I will not go,
Turn the lights off,
Carry me home
Na, na...
Say it ain't so,
I will not go,
Turn the lights off,
Carry me home
Keep your head still,
I'll be your thrill,
The night will go on,
My little windmill
Say it ain't so,
I will not go,
Turn the lights off,
Carry me home
Keep your head still,
I'll be your thrill,
The night will go on,
The night will go on,
My little windmill
We both collapse on the mattress and Luke puts his arm around my waist pulling me into his chest and we fall asleep listening to the lyrics of the next song that comes on, Bruised and Scarred by Mayday Parade.

This sucked, I'm so sorry.
And it's really short.
And I'm also sorry I haven't updated in forever.
The song was All The Small Things by Blink 182 and if you didn't know that then I am judging you.
