Breanna's POV
'What was I doing?' I thought. I do not love Airalynn. She is a friend and nothing more. That kiss meant nothing to me... At all!
"Of course I--" I cut her off before she could finish.
"No. I do not love you.. What was I thinking? We're friends and nothing more. We were friends when you got here and we are just going to be friends when you leave."
"B-but you just kissed me?!" She stuttered looking hurt.
"I know but it did not mean anything to me. I may be into girls but I am NOT into you!"
I knew I had hurt her. But that kiss made me open my eyes and see that she was nothing more to me than a friend.
"O-ok.. But you just asked me to be your girlfriend." I could see pain fill her eyes and pure agony take over.
"We all make mistakes and asking you to be my girlfriend was one of them!"
I really wanted her to leave so that I could be alone and think to myself.
"S-so what now?" She asked trying to hold back tears.
"We go back to doing what we do best- Being friends.
